Central heating
Avoid this company... went through the whole process and failed to turn up on installation day TWICE. Non existent communication or customer service. Still waiting for them to fit the heating and zero communication on when it’s going to be. The worst service I have ever received from a company.
These ppl are not professional they fitted two night Storage heaters and one panel heater.
My bill has gone up three times what it was even though eco-hive said it would be reduced by 40% this in itself is a lie.
They use force there which is not good for asthmatics which I am.
No survey carried out!
Just arrived and went very quickly.
Mine have become scorched and it’s quite worrying I cannot use them with anybody looking at how bad they are?
Had a man tell me from elnur it was my fault and I’ve done something wrong is absolute lies.
Trying to get hold of eco-and get a response is like getting blood out of a stone.
I am now contacting my local MP regarding this as this is not service you would expect.
The noise they make keeps me awake the panel heater pins and makes funny noises not to mention as I said the scorch marks above it.
They’ve got discoloured in three months and no we don’t smoke in the house.
I feel that eco-light from the very start I know it’s hard to get them to sort this out for me.
I will not stop until this is resolved.
This is what they want you to do but I cannot carry on with these heaters I cannot use two hours I had have someone come and look at them from all know the first thing he said when he open the first one that was Jesus Christ!
So what does that tell you?
Come on eco-you can do better or you could at least do what you said.

I agree with Victoria. Ecohive didn't turn up on installation day. No phone call. No communication and nobody answering the phone number I was given. Did some digging on them and decided to call trading standards and let them take over. Mike (director) thought my complaints were a joke when I spoke to him - 'your getting everything free and you want the earth'. Noike I just want a decent service from a decent company and that, it seems, isn't yours.
