I tried it last weekend—thought I'd give it a go after a mate mentioned it. At first the site looked fine, so I ordered, but the whole 'must create account' thing and the customer service (slow, a bit rude) put me off. Oddly, the delivery turned up sooner than I expected, which was a nice surprise. Still, won't bother signing the rest of the family up — not for us.
