Extra source of income
Participating frequently on MonoSurveys has given me an edge in life. It made me independent in a way I really loved. I was depending on my parents before for almost all things and you know as a lady, they can't satisfy all my needs. I've written a lot of surveys for companies and brands in the past but didn't get anything, maybe because the companies weren't truthful but that's not the case in that of MonoSurveys. I did not even know I would make money the first time I wrote survey for a popular brand and I even got to taste their newly launched wine and foods. The experience remains evergreen. They gave me my money through PayPal and I've been actively involved since then, making cool and sustainable money. It's so liberating to be independent. God only knows how much I have made. I love love love this rewarding survey site.
Survey subscription issue
I keep getting loads of surveys from your lot, but I can't work out how to stop them coming through. It's a bit frustrating that there's no clear way to opt out of these emails. I reckon as a customer, you're meant to give people the option to unsubscribe. All these surveys are getting a bit much for me, and I'm honestly not interested in doing them. Could you please stop sending them and unsubscribe me right away? Cheers.
Survey options and pay out
I have been using the site for a while now, and I have to admit that there are quite a few survey options to choose from. However, the pay for some surveys can be a bit disappointing sometimes. I am curious to see how easy it will be to get paid once I reach the limit to withdraw my credits. Overall, it's been okay up to now.
Fast and efficient rewards claiming process
I've had a really good time using this survey site. There are loads of different surveys to choose from, and some of them are really interesting and informative. The rewards you get are fair for the time and effort you put in to complete the surveys. Plus, it's really quick and easy to claim your rewards.
My experience as a customer
I've had a right nightmare with this platform - been locked out of my account from day one. Kept getting asked to take surveys but couldn't even log in! And don't even get me started on trying to contact customer support by email - not a peep back. The "raise a ticket" button? Just leads to some error page. Was starting to think this whole thing was a scam, but then they asked me for feedback.
Survey experience
I was really looking forward to doing some surveys to earn a bit of extra cash but after spending ages on them, they told me my profile didn't match! I felt like I was being tricked. And now, I can't even log in because it keeps saying my username or password is incorrect, even though it usually remembers it for me. I'm pretty disappointed with MonoSurveys right now. Screened out of surveys, "quota full"
As a customer of MonoSurveys, I keep getting annoyed when I get kicked out of surveys with the message "quota full". It's a waste of my time and puts me off from doing more. It would be great if they could improve the screening to find surveys that actually suit me.
Survey rewards disappointment
The surveys on this platform don't really offer much in terms of rewards for the effort you put in. I recently did a survey that took me about 25 minutes, and all I got was 19 pence - not exactly a great deal. What's even worse is that I found the same survey on another site and got £1.75 for it. The big difference in rewards for the same survey is pretty disappointing and shows that this platform isn't very fair when it comes to compensation.
On top of that, I've had times where I've been kicked out or told I don't qualify for surveys after spending a lot of time on them. It's really frustrating to almost finish a survey and then get nothing because of technical problems or issues with the system. I need to tell you how disappointed I am with the service from MonoSurveys. I tried getting in touch with them but didn't hear back at all. On top of that, I had a hard time accessing and filling out surveys on their website. To be honest, my overall experience was really disappointing and not what I had hoped for.
Survey completion experience
They'll never consider me once they discover how old I am. So, I'm always deemed unsuitable. Do they really think my mind is slow and I don't know as much as the young people they're after? I haven't replied in ages, but I gave it a shot today, and yet still not good enough. I want to cancel my membership, but I'm not sure how to go about it. Terrible company.
Unsolicited survey emails
I find it really annoying getting these survey emails even after I've already unsubscribed. I mean, how difficult can it be to take me off your mailing list? It's such a waste of my time having to deal with these unwanted emails all the time.

I've used different online survey platforms before to keep myself busy and make a bit of extra money. But my recent go with this one organisation has let me down big time. They said they'd pay me for doing surveys, but all they did was gather my personal details with no pay. That's just not on, and I reckon people should steer clear of this platform. It's not good for the reputation of survey sites and it makes me worry about data privacy. I think this organisation needs a proper check-up and should take responsibility for what they've done.
Surveys and gift card redemption
Do you think this company might be a bit dodgy? I've tried getting in touch loads of times but they never get back to me. It's super hard to find surveys to do, and after a whole year, I only managed to make £5.00. I was gutted when I found out the Paypal choice was no longer there, and had to make do with an Amazon Gift Card instead. They said I'd get the code within an hour, but it's been a whole day now and still no sign of it. Pretty annoying experience all in all.
Data Trawl Scam!
This terrible website keeps asking for all my information but never actually lets me take a survey. It's totally rubbish!
Poor compensation.
The survey platform doesn't really pay out much, as most surveys just end up kicking you out. It also takes forever to make enough money to actually get paid. I'd recommend steering clear of this platform if you want to earn rewards quickly and easily.
