I was actually relieved when the big reward finally landed in my balance, but that relief didn’t last long. I’ve used Five Surveys a few times before and cashed out around $300 in total, so I didn’t expect trouble. This time I spent over two months on a Signal game offer (even put some of my own money into it) for a $345 reward. It sat pending for days, then showed up in my account — great — until I hit withdraw and got “User is not reward eligible.” Since then I can’t withdraw anything, not even small sums. Support kept sending the same vague “we are reviewing” replies, no case number, no clear status, no timescale — just repetition. Eventually they closed the conversation without fixing anything. It’s frustrating, especially after investing time and cash, but I’m glad the credit appeared at least. I’ve got screenshots of the balance, the error and the chat. Posting this to warn others and to ask Five Surveys to actually give a proper update or resolution.
Seems simple, ends in limbo
I first stumbled across this through a colleague who said it was an easy way to make a bit of pocket money. It starts off fine — log in, pick a survey, answers feel straightforward — but in use it's hit and miss. Quite often a survey will just drop out or screen me out after I've completed all the questions, and the site points to the survey provider and says it's not their responsibility. That leaves you with wasted time and no credit. I've reported it a few times and mostly got standard, copy‑paste replies, no real follow-up. Oddly, on a couple of occasions a survey eventually did credit after I chased it, which was a pleasant surprise and kept me trying, but that's rare. The interface itself is clean and quick to use, so it feels efficient, but the reliability and the support side are what let it down. It could be decent if they forced providers to be accountable or at least explained screening rules properly.
