I've used different online survey platforms before to keep myself busy and make a bit of extra money. But my recent go with this one organisation has let me down big time. They said they'd pay me for doing surveys, but all they did was gather my personal details with no pay. That's just not on, and I reckon people should steer clear of this platform. It's not good for the reputation of survey sites and it makes me worry about data privacy. I think this organisation needs a proper check-up and should take responsibility for what they've done.
Screened out of surveys, "quota full"
As a customer of MonoSurveys, I keep getting annoyed when I get kicked out of surveys with the message "quota full". It's a waste of my time and puts me off from doing more. It would be great if they could improve the screening to find surveys that actually suit me.
Surveys and gift card redemption
Do you think this company might be a bit dodgy? I've tried getting in touch loads of times but they never get back to me. It's super hard to find surveys to do, and after a whole year, I only managed to make £5.00. I was gutted when I found out the Paypal choice was no longer there, and had to make do with an Amazon Gift Card instead. They said I'd get the code within an hour, but it's been a whole day now and still no sign of it. Pretty annoying experience all in all.
Data Trawl Scam!
This terrible website keeps asking for all my information but never actually lets me take a survey. It's totally rubbish!
Poor compensation.
The survey platform doesn't really pay out much, as most surveys just end up kicking you out. It also takes forever to make enough money to actually get paid. I'd recommend steering clear of this platform if you want to earn rewards quickly and easily.
Failed survey
I did this survey the other day and answered loads of questions, but I ended up with 0 points. I emailed MonoSurveys but I haven't heard back from them yet. I'm just waiting for that gift card they promised me. After I get it, I'm definitely going to unsubscribe from their services.
Cut off during surveys
I can't stand it when I'm in the middle of doing a survey and then I just get disconnected out of nowhere! They always say it's my fault, which is totally unfair. And then there are those times when I share all my details, only for them to say, "Sorry, you're not what we're looking for." Why did they even bother collecting my information in the first place? It's really frustrating!
Reward Declined for Joining
I signed up for a survey platform on a reward site, but they turned down my reward. It seems like maybe the platform hasn't paid the reward site for sending them leads, so I missed out on my reward. I'm gutted about it because it makes me think that the platform might not be trustworthy when it comes to dishing out rewards.
Surveys for account
I really liked doing those surveys on the platform, I found them pretty interesting and rewarding. But then, someone hacked into my account and that's got me really worried. I've had to go ahead and cancel my account because of this security breach.

I have been using the site for a while now, and I have to admit that there are quite a few survey options to choose from. However, the pay for some surveys can be a bit disappointing sometimes. I am curious to see how easy it will be to get paid once I reach the limit to withdraw my credits. Overall, it's been okay up to now.

Surveys hardly ever seem to work properly and the compensation for the time you put in isn't great. I also get kicked out of them a lot because of my age, which is annoying.

I keep getting these survey invitations, but whenever I try to do one, it says it's already started so I can't participate. I've sent them messages about it four times, but they just keep ignoring me. I also asked them to stop sending me surveys, but they're still sending me lots of them.

I've just finished a survey that said I'd get a reward, but I've not received anything yet. I'm really let down because I spent time giving my opinions and was excited to get something in return. It feels like this company is terrible at keeping their promises to their participants. I'd advise others to be careful about getting involved with them.
Having issues with survey payments
I joined this survey site hoping to earn a bit of cash by sharing my opinions, but after completing a few surveys, I got blocked out of nowhere. I haven't got a clue why my account was blocked and it's really annoying to have money owing to me. The amount they owe me is so small that it's not worth the bother. I was depending on my parents before for almost all things and you know as a lady, they can't satisfy all my needs. I've written a lot of surveys for companies and brands in the past but didn't get anything, maybe because the companies weren't truthful but that's not the case in that of MonoSurveys. I did not even know I would make money the first time I wrote survey for a popular brand and I even got to taste their newly launched wine and foods. The experience remains evergreen. They gave me my money through PayPal and I've been actively involved since then, making cool and sustainable money. It's so liberating to be independent. God only knows how much I have made.
