the plugin's fine but the support kills it — they simply won't say when they'll look at the bug. I installed Ninja Forms – User Management and it failed from the start. I'm tied into their ecosystem so asking for a refund isn't straightforward; annoying. They've known about the problem for six weeks and whenever I ask for an update I get variations of 'Sorry I do not have an update' or 'Not at this time'. Other items from them work OK, so I gave more credit, but the customer support feels like a joke and it's frustrating.
Surprisingly solid pick
Started sceptical but honestly, it's now my go-to. A mate on a WordPress dev forum flagged Ninja Forms to me and I bought a licence to try. Docs actually answer stuff, support replied fast and fixed a little annoyance, and price felt fair. Nice balance between power and simplicity—recommended if you build sites.
