Halfway through launch day the whole site went down as soon as I activated the plugin; proper database errors, not just a warning. Download and delivery were instant, so that part was fine, but compatibility with our CMS was rubbish. I messaged support straight away and waited — polite at first, then a bit annoyed after two weeks of mostly silence. To their credit, they did eventually reply and offered a refund and a fix, which smoothed things out. If you're thinking of buying, test on a staging site and chase support early; quicker replies would make this a lot less stressful.
Not what they claim
Don't trust them — not for our shop anyway. I use tracking tools every day to check ad performance and customer journeys, and this one felt off from the start. They claimed to be Meta, pushed a closed-off tracker and gave us zero control over our own data. I reported it to Meta. In the end I'm relieved we walked away, but annoyed we had to waste time.
Fiddly start but fixed in the end
I almost didn't buy this because I’d seen warnings about Facebook CAPI and GTM — worried it wouldn't pass _fbc/_fbp and might clash with my Google Ad Manager setup. Had a bad run with plugins before, and kept thinking "refund policy, will they honour it?". Still, I took the plunge. It didn't behave straight away; parameters weren't being sent and my ad setup looked messy. I got an experienced dev to poke around, and after I contacted support they actually replied and guided us through a couple of tweaks. They didn't need to refund me in the end, but their step‑by‑step help saved me a lot of time. Wish the docs were clearer though, but I'm properly relieved and glad I stuck with it, honestly.
