My business became known when I used Sprout Social. There was a particular social management app that I had been using but it did not work for me. For months I only had two new prospective buyers and this was an app that I spent a lot of money on hoping to boost my business. When I saw it was not helpful and was a huge waste of finances, I stopped subscribing to their services. I was doubting Sprout Social but I thought to test them and I subscribe to their services. They gave me enough results that I was happy I had made the decision to use them. I got numerous buyers in less than two months. They really showed me the power of social media advertising in a good way. I won't stop using their apps and even recommend them for people. One sure app is Sprout Social. Their subscription plans are not enormous and normal for anybody to be involved.

I've recently had a bad experience with a company offering social media management services. I signed a contract with them, but then found out that the sales representative I'd been talking to was really unprofessional and disrespectful. They didn't show any understanding or empathy towards a personal issue I was going through, and to make things worse, they sent me rude emails. I believe in professionalism and respect in business, so I decided to cancel the contract before it even started. It's really disappointing to come across such bad customer service, especially when I was actually interested in what they were offering.
Yearly payment requirement
I was really surprised when I found out that the only option for ending my payment was yearly! It means I'll have to dish out $1680 for no good reason. Be careful of those sneaky tactics and make sure you read all the fine print before making a purchase.
Rip-off autorenew subscription
Avoid using this service! The sales team failed to mention the autorenewal feature, so we were unexpectedly billed for another year. The customer service was unhelpful, and we did not receive any value from it.
Overpriced listening tool
The sales reps at this company are so sneaky. They don't give you the full picture of what their listening tool can do, making it seem much more capable than it actually is. On top of that, it's way too expensive. They conveniently forget to tell you about its shortcomings until after you've bought it. And when you need help with something, they'll act like they're going to fix it for free, but then suddenly want to charge you extra for what should have been part of the deal. It's all very untrustworthy.
Dishonest billing practices
This company is a nightmare when it comes to billing. They keep charging me out of the blue and are very unhelpful when I try to fix it. It's really annoying to see how they treat their customers' money so carelessly.
Subscription ripoff
The terms of this company are absolutely outrageous! I attempted to cancel my subscription in February, however, I was unable to do so due to their system not allowing it. Despite losing access to the subscription, they continued to charge me up until April. Upon lodging a complaint, they informed me that I couldn't cancel as my subscription was set to end in November - despite the fact they were still deducting payments every month! I've now had to contact my bank in order to try and cancel the payments, which is going to cost me a massive £1,000. What a complete scam!
Difficulty cancelling, high prices
Cancelling my subscription with this company was a real nightmare. They make it sound so easy - just one click on the "deactivate" button and you're done. But that's not the case at all; instead, it starts a whole back-and-forth email chain with a member of their so-called "success team." It's really annoying and feels like they're trying to pull a fast one.
On top of that, they've jacked up their prices so much that now their service just can't compete with other options out there. It's a shame to see companies stooping to these kinds of tactics, and I definitely won't be going back as a customer.Email AI, Personalization, Scam
The service they offer here is a total scam. They say you'll get personalised emails, but really it's all just AI-generated using your profile keywords. This sneaky practice is not just dodgy but really quite scary. It's not okay to deceive customers like this, and I definitely wouldn't suggest this service to anyone.
Subscription
The customer service experience at this company is not great. When I tried to downgrade or cancel my subscription, I had to talk to a customer service rep who couldn't help me. Then I got passed on to the customer success team, which seemed like a way to make things take longer and put me off cancelling. It's pretty frustrating and feels like they're more focused on keeping money than actually helping customers.
