    As someone who's been using this social media management tool for a while now, I've started to worry about the way things are going. It seems like the prices keep going up while the quality of the service keeps going down. For some time now, the costs have been steadily rising, and it's getting harder to see why we should keep paying for a service that's not up to scratch anymore. Lately, we've been having all sorts of problems with getting our posts to go live - nearly 90% of the posts we've scheduled just haven't been posting. This has really messed up our social media plans and has got us thinking about whether we should even carry on using this tool.

    I've recently had a bad experience with a company offering social media management services. I signed a contract with them, but then found out that the sales representative I'd been talking to was really unprofessional and disrespectful. They didn't show any understanding or empathy towards a personal issue I was going through, and to make things worse, they sent me rude emails. I believe in professionalism and respect in business, so I decided to cancel the contract before it even started. It's really disappointing to come across such bad customer service, especially when I was actually interested in what they were offering.

    I was really surprised when I found out that the only option for ending my payment was yearly! It means I'll have to dish out $1680 for no good reason. Be careful of those sneaky tactics and make sure you read all the fine print before making a purchase.

    Avoid using this service! The sales team failed to mention the autorenewal feature, so we were unexpectedly billed for another year. The customer service was unhelpful, and we did not receive any value from it.

    Overpriced listening tool

    The sales reps at this company are so sneaky. They don't give you the full picture of what their listening tool can do, making it seem much more capable than it actually is. On top of that, it's way too expensive. They conveniently forget to tell you about its shortcomings until after you've bought it. And when you need help with something, they'll act like they're going to fix it for free, but then suddenly want to charge you extra for what should have been part of the deal. It's all very untrustworthy.

    This company is a nightmare when it comes to billing. They keep charging me out of the blue and are very unhelpful when I try to fix it. It's really annoying to see how they treat their customers' money so carelessly.

    Subscription ripoff

    The terms of this company are absolutely outrageous! I attempted to cancel my subscription in February, however, I was unable to do so due to their system not allowing it. Despite losing access to the subscription, they continued to charge me up until April. Upon lodging a complaint, they informed me that I couldn't cancel as my subscription was set to end in November - despite the fact they were still deducting payments every month! I've now had to contact my bank in order to try and cancel the payments, which is going to cost me a massive £1,000. What a complete scam!

    Cancelling my subscription with this company was a real nightmare. They make it sound so easy - just one click on the "deactivate" button and you're done. But that's not the case at all; instead, it starts a whole back-and-forth email chain with a member of their so-called "success team." It's really annoying and feels like they're trying to pull a fast one.

    On top of that, they've jacked up their prices so much that now their service just can't compete with other options out there. It's a shame to see companies stooping to these kinds of tactics, and I definitely won't be going back as a customer.

    The service they offer here is a total scam. They say you'll get personalised emails, but really it's all just AI-generated using your profile keywords. This sneaky practice is not just dodgy but really quite scary. It's not okay to deceive customers like this, and I definitely wouldn't suggest this service to anyone.

    Cancelling my subscription with this service was an absolute nightmare! They really make you go through so much just to say goodbye. You can't cancel directly on the platform, oh no, you have to send them an email and explain why you're leaving. It's so frustrating!     I don't even know where to start with this terrible company. I tried out their trial period, and it was a complete disaster right off the bat. Their website was so confusing - none of the buttons worked and nothing would open. It was like trying to find my way in the dark. After struggling with their platform that wasn't working, I decided to cancel. But then, shocker, they still charged my credit card two months later! The customer service was absolutely dreadful. 'Mike' was supposed to be the support expert, but he was nowhere to be seen until more than a week later, and even then, he was no help at all. This company is a complete joke, I would definitely steer clear.

Not only has the price doubled, but the software doesn't work as well as it used to, and the customer support team doesn't seem to know what they're doing.
