verified phone and email, cleared cache and cookies, followed their instructions to the letter. It just felt like going round in circles. My doubts before trying to sort it out were that support would actually help — that doubt hasn't exactly evaporated. Over six months the replies have been the same vague lines, and yesterday's email was basically déjà vu. I even thought about contacting a consumer watchdog and my MP for advice. They’ve also blocked me from posting on their Reddit and the other account they run, which felt petty and made me more annoyed than anything. Oddly, the app itself is tidy — offer history is neat and the UI is easy to read, and one random offer did pay out instantly, which was a surprising bright spot. Bottom line: useful-looking app but chasing your own small rewards takes too long; I'm still waiting on that $58 and can't properly recommend them yet.
