Recent visit to the store
I popped into the store the other day and got some top-notch help from the staff. I had a bit of a tumble not long ago, so I couldn't lug around a basket or grab stuff from the high shelves. But Jane was an absolute gem, she really went the extra mile to lend me a hand while I was doing my shopping. And to top it off, when I was struggling with some survey thing on my Samsung phone, Nicholas, who's the boss, stepped in and helped me get it all sorted. All in all, I was well impressed with the customer service I got at the store.
