the jackets looked solid, the chenille patches matched what the kids already have at school and the stitching seemed tidy. Packaging could have been neater — a bit scruffy — but the items themselves were fine, no marks and no loose threads. I worked out I saved roughly £60–75 per jacket compared with local shop prices, so that helped tip the scales. Overall my doubts faded once I saw the finished jackets; I'm pleased and grateful it turned out well and I’ll use them again for patches and the like.
Hallway try-on surprise
He'd already wrestled into the jacket in the hallway when I properly opened the box and really looked. The parcel had turned up on time — that was a relief — but the patch colouring was slightly off, nothing tragic but you notice it. I emailed them and, surprisingly, got a reply almost straight away. They apologised, sent a picture of the corrected design and asked if they should remake the whole jacket to keep the quality consistent. It felt like they actually cared, which made a big difference.
