colours, patches and lettering came together pretty much as I had pictured them. The first jacket arrived quickly and looked great, but the XL Tall was still a bit mean in the arms. Not disastrously so, just enough that I knew it would annoy me every time I wore it. I emailed them expecting a long back-and-forth or maybe no help at all. Instead, they agreed to remake it in 2XL Tall and even made the embroidery smaller after I asked, which was a nice touch because the original lettering felt slightly oversized. It wasn’t entirely free — I paid $65 including postage for the replacement — but that seemed fair considering it was a newly made jacket. The second one turned up surprisingly fast and fits the way I wanted from the start. A small sizing hiccup, then, but the way they handled it won me over.
Nearly didn't risk it
the jackets looked solid, the chenille patches matched what the kids already have at school and the stitching seemed tidy. Packaging could have been neater — a bit scruffy — but the items themselves were fine, no marks and no loose threads. I worked out I saved roughly £60–75 per jacket compared with local shop prices, so that helped tip the scales. Overall my doubts faded once I saw the finished jackets; I'm pleased and grateful it turned out well and I’ll use them again for patches and the like.
Hallway try-on surprise
He'd already wrestled into the jacket in the hallway when I properly opened the box and really looked. The parcel had turned up on time — that was a relief — but the patch colouring was slightly off, nothing tragic but you notice it. I emailed them and, surprisingly, got a reply almost straight away. They apologised, sent a picture of the corrected design and asked if they should remake the whole jacket to keep the quality consistent. It felt like they actually cared, which made a big difference.
