As someone who cares about my sexual health, I've been using this service for a year now and I have to admit, I'm very impressed. Julie has been fantastic right from the start, making it easy to schedule appointments and quickly get my results. She's always been quick to respond to any questions I have and has been great at fitting in appointments on my preferred dates. The speed at which I get my results is amazing and really gives me peace of mind. I think it's so important to get regular full tests, especially since the NHS only covers half of what this service offers. I don't mind paying extra for the comprehensive tests they provide here. Overall, I'm extremely happy with the professionalism and efficiency of Julie and the team.

After having a bit of a scare from some unprotected sex, I thought it best to find a good sexual health clinic for some tests and maybe treatment. I found a company online that had clinics all over the country. Even though they were a bit more expensive, I thought it was worth it for the quick results and the ease, especially with how long the NHS waiting times are because of the pandemic.
Home kit purchased
I bought a home kit and it's been two weeks with no update on my order. "Processing" still shows on my account. I've tried to contact them several times but haven't received any response. It feels like they just took my money and disappeared. Now I'm finding it difficult to get a refund.

Half past ten in the morning and she managed to book us an appointment at a clinic for 1pm on the same day. The results came back all clear the very next day, and honestly, I felt such a weight lifted off my shoulders. The service we received here is absolutely top-notch and worth every penny. Paid for performer package
I still can't believe how awful my experience was with this service. I paid a lot for the performer package, but it was a huge letdown. When I got there for my appointment, I was shocked to find out they had run out of swabs. The receptionist and the doctor then had a big argument in front of me, which was really unprofessional. They said they'd send swabs to my house, but later called to say they couldn't do that either. So now I've had to travel 100 miles to another place just to get my certifications done. I really wish I'd gone to Dean Street for better treatment for free. This company is terrible and hasn't even offered a partial refund, which is just not right.
Emergency contraception
I felt the need to get emergency contraception quickly, so I went ahead and ordered it from this service. But I was really let down by how they didn't keep me in the loop or process my order efficiently. I shelled out quite a bit of money for it, only to be left waiting for two weeks without any word, even though they said they worked on weekends too. While I understand NHS clinics being shut because of COVID, the waiting times here were just as bad, if not worse. It's frustrating when you're depending on a service for something important and they don't bother to give you updates or any kind of feedback.
Blood tests for visa certificate
I paid £215 for blood tests needed for a visa certificate, but I still haven't received the certificate. I tried contacting customer service for a refund, but they haven't responded at all. It seems like this company is a total scam, so I recommend avoiding them.
