My inbox used to fill up while I was at meetings or cooking tea, and I worried an automated tool would sound too robotic. I hesitated before buying because I didn't want to lose the personal touch, but after a couple of weeks most doubts had gone. It now picks up comments and DMs on LinkedIn and Instagram, posts quick acknowledgement replies when I can't, and sends a tidy weekly update I actually read. The sentiment analysis is useful — it flagged a negative trend I hadn't noticed — and I can build listening audiences to personalise posts, which helped engagement and even nudged follower growth. Not perfect, but practical and time‑saving.
Finally less social media faff
I was a bit sceptical before buying — thought it’d be another clunky dashboard or pricey bit of kit I’d never fully use. But it’s been pleasantly straightforward. Scheduling, posts, replies and the analytics are all in one place, so I don’t hop between tabs anymore. customisable, clear and handy for comparing with competitors — that comparison thing helped shape our content plan. Integrations with the main socials are smooth most of the time and the AI post suggestions are surprisingly useful, especially when I’m rushed. It's not flawless — a couple of accounts refused to connect and I never did find out why, which annoyed me — but overall it’s reliable and saves me time. If you run multiple accounts or work in a small agency, it genuinely makes day-to-day life easier and I'm happy.
