    Nice surprise after a shaky start

    I wasn't sure at first — a colleague tipped me at a marketing meet and I almost walked away, I almost did, actually. It's new and had a few bugs when I bought in during their launch. They'd removed Twitter access and there was an odd account cancellation that had me fuming. Customer replies were slow, true. Still, after a month it settled down and I was actually pleasantly surprised — most things work nicely and it does what we need. Not perfect, but decent value if you can handle a wobble or two.
