warm, cosy, no dramas. That confidence didn’t last; after about a year and a half the shoulders had faded to a paler patch and returns were out. I kept wearing it (stubborn, I know) but it now looks tired. If you want pure warmth, fine, think twice.
Quietly impressed
the lining creases oddly and pockets are a touch shallow. Returns were straightforward though, and they even sent back a small item I left in the box without fuss. Pretty satisfied overall
From doubt to relief
It was my mate's Instagram story that made me click buy. I was sceptical. Left over from previous jackets, you know. First impressions weren't great — a faint chemical smell and cheap-feeling lining that made me frown. I almost sent it back. But I gave it a proper go on a blustery evening, popped it on and walked for twenty minutes. That was the moment. It held the wind out better than I expected and kept me warm, not toasty but comfortably so. Service was okay, delivery on time. I still think the finish could be better and the tag situation was a faff, but overall I'm quietly pleased, and I already told a friend to try it.
Wrong coat, wrong mood
I had this mental tug before I clicked buy — the photos looked great, price was up there and I kept thinking do I really need another winter coat? In the end I ordered, figuring it'd be handy for my daily commute to work and for nipping to the shops. The coat arrived and it wasn't what I ordered. It's shorter, feels cheaper and doesn't sit the same; not what I pictured. I did like the lining and the colour is fine, so it's not all awful. I emailed several times (six-ish), tried the supposed 'live chat' which wasn't live at all, and heard nothing back. My doubts about reliability weren't eased — they were confirmed. I'm left with a coat I don't want and a bitter feeling about the process, and a small waste of money. Use with caution.
Smart jacket, odd whiff
the style and fit might surprise you in a good way, but check it soon as it arrives. My wish to the seller would be simple: inspect items for storage smell and offer a pre-paid return if it’s faulty. Would buy again if returns were simpler.
