Cora snap back suede jacket
I recently splashed out £350 on the Cora snap back suede jacket, only to find it reduced to £270 just a few days later. I reached out to customer service to enquire about getting a refund for the difference, but they were unhelpful and unwilling to assist. Absolutely shocking service from Allsaints - they have definitely lost me as a customer. Selling overpriced items that quickly lose value is completely unacceptable.
Overpriced t-shirt
I made the error of buying a t-shirt from this brand, hoping for good quality considering the cost. What a letdown! The print was cracked before I even wore it, and the material was see-through it was so thin. Not worth the 60€ I spent on it, to be honest. I've bought better t-shirts for way less. The sweaters and hoodies from this brand are also overpriced and not great quality. Save your cash and look elsewhere for better deals.
Laura Ines dress
I bought the Laura Ines dress from this brand not too long ago. I'd been thinking about it for a while, but held off until I had a special event at the Royal Albert Hall coming up. I tried on a few dresses from various online stores before taking the plunge with the Ines dress, ordering two sizes to be safe. Even though I saw some bad reviews on Trustpilot later on, I was actually really happy with my experience.
Gift card refund policy
I visited this clothes shop and used a gift card along with some cash to buy something, but I was really disappointed by their refund rules. When I tried to return an item, they told me I could only get a refund in the form of another gift card, even though most of my payment was in cash. I wasn't happy about this and spoke to customer service, but they didn't change their minds. It was really frustrating and made me wonder how much they really care about their customers. I used to like this brand, but after this experience, I don't think I'll be shopping there again. I'll just use up the rest of my gift card and go somewhere else next time.
Delayed order GE5415947665NL
My order from this store, GE5415947665NL, is now 5 days late. I've tried to get in touch with their customer service several times, but I've had no response. It's so frustrating that my order hasn't even left their warehouse yet. I was starting to wonder if they were a fake Chinese vendor trying to scam me. However, after leaving a negative review, they did respond and gave me some information about the delayed parcel. I do appreciate that they got back to me, but the lack of communication initially was really annoying. Luckily, AllSaints did refund me for the item, but the whole experience was just not good enough.
Linen blend pants purchase
I recently bought a pair of linen blend trousers from this shop around 3 weeks ago, and I have to say, I was really disappointed. They felt really comfy and looked good on, but the seams are already coming apart. I've never experienced this with any clothes I've purchased before, and I've bought quite a few. And let's not even talk about the price, it's way too high for such poor quality.

My experience ordering from this company was awful. I ordered three items, but one was sent separately and then sent back to the company. To make things worse, one item was missing from my order. Crochet purse review
I was really disappointed with the merchandise I got from this company. I ordered a crochet purse and when it arrived, I could see lots of loose threads and the strap was sewn on badly. There was also no lining which made the quality even worse. I like it when things are made well so I was really unhappy with what I received. Returning it was also a pain, especially because I live in a semi-rural area in Canada. Overall, my recent interactions with this brand have not been great and I'm starting to wonder if their products are worth it.
Men's backpack
I got this backpack last year for my holiday and was really looking forward to using it. But the zips on both side pockets broke after just one use! I didn't even pack them too full, they just completely gave way. Now, whenever I wear it, the straps won't stay put in the pocket and keep hitting my legs. It's really frustrating! And to add to that, the two pockets won't even stay closed, so I can't use them at all. All in all, I'm really let down by the quality of this backpack.

I recently bought something from the website and it didn't go well. I ordered an item that was meant to be in stock, but turns out it wasn't. I was pretty annoyed about this, felt let down. They just don't seem bothered about refunding my money, don't think they care about us customers. Can't even give them a ring, gotta wait ages for an email back. £200 refund issue
Hey everyone, let me tell you about my recent experience with the worst customer service I've ever encountered. So, I returned a £200+ item on January 8th, asked for a refund, and what do you think happened? Absolutely nothing. No response at all. Can you believe it? So, I took it a step further and sent them an email on January 30th, even attached the proof from the Post Office showing that I returned the item. Still, not a word from them. Can you imagine? It's just unacceptable. And their 'BOT' service? It's like talking to a brick wall - no help at all. Their clothes are nice, but when it comes to getting your money back, it's a nightmare. Trust me, do yourself a favour and steer clear of them like the plague.
Ormond Coat with weird pockets
I bought this coat and it arrived really fast. It's good but I find the pockets a bit strange. They go sideways instead of up and down, so my things keep falling out! I'll have to take it to a tailor to get them sorted.
