Sandals delivery and T-shirt purchase
Recently, I had a really good experience with the company. I bought a pair of sandals and they arrived just two days after I ordered them. They came in a lovely package and I was really impressed with the quality. I also ordered a T-shirt for my son from the sales section and got an email saying they were trying to find one for me. If they couldn't find it, they promised to give me a refund on my card. I like how open and efficient their customer service is. Overall, I'm really happy with what I bought and the service I received.
Laura Ines dress
I bought the Laura Ines dress from this brand not too long ago. I'd been thinking about it for a while, but held off until I had a special event at the Royal Albert Hall coming up. I tried on a few dresses from various online stores before taking the plunge with the Ines dress, ordering two sizes to be safe. Even though I saw some bad reviews on Trustpilot later on, I was actually really happy with my experience.
Best place to shop for mean,women & footwears
I really loved the variety they have. great collection to go on. I bought a handbag for my wife and furnter some trousers for myself. In tota, it was pretty good amount, but honestly when I compared pricing with other websites or stores. It was quite reasonable, not to mention so easy to book online. get delivery in 4 days...
Pair of shoes purchase
Ordering from this place was a real nightmare, I tell you! It took me ages to find the right person to help me out. But let me tell you, once I finally got through to them, they handled the situation perfectly. I would recommend them, but just be prepared for a bit of a bumpy ride at the start.
Cora snap back suede jacket
I recently splashed out £350 on the Cora snap back suede jacket, only to find it reduced to £270 just a few days later. I reached out to customer service to enquire about getting a refund for the difference, but they were unhelpful and unwilling to assist. Absolutely shocking service from Allsaints - they have definitely lost me as a customer. Selling overpriced items that quickly lose value is completely unacceptable.
Overpriced t-shirt
I made the error of buying a t-shirt from this brand, hoping for good quality considering the cost. What a letdown! The print was cracked before I even wore it, and the material was see-through it was so thin. Not worth the 60€ I spent on it, to be honest. I've bought better t-shirts for way less. The sweaters and hoodies from this brand are also overpriced and not great quality. Save your cash and look elsewhere for better deals.
Ormond Coat with weird pockets
I bought this coat and it arrived really fast. It's good but I find the pockets a bit strange. They go sideways instead of up and down, so my things keep falling out! I'll have to take it to a tailor to get them sorted.

Gift card refund policy
I visited this clothes shop and used a gift card along with some cash to buy something, but I was really disappointed by their refund rules. When I tried to return an item, they told me I could only get a refund in the form of another gift card, even though most of my payment was in cash. I wasn't happy about this and spoke to customer service, but they didn't change their minds. It was really frustrating and made me wonder how much they really care about their customers. I used to like this brand, but after this experience, I don't think I'll be shopping there again. I'll just use up the rest of my gift card and go somewhere else next time.
Delayed order GE5415947665NL
My order from this store, GE5415947665NL, is now 5 days late. I've tried to get in touch with their customer service several times, but I've had no response. It's so frustrating that my order hasn't even left their warehouse yet. I was starting to wonder if they were a fake Chinese vendor trying to scam me. However, after leaving a negative review, they did respond and gave me some information about the delayed parcel. I do appreciate that they got back to me, but the lack of communication initially was really annoying. Luckily, AllSaints did refund me for the item, but the whole experience was just not good enough.
Linen blend pants purchase
I recently bought a pair of linen blend trousers from this shop around 3 weeks ago, and I have to say, I was really disappointed. They felt really comfy and looked good on, but the seams are already coming apart. I've never experienced this with any clothes I've purchased before, and I've bought quite a few. And let's not even talk about the price, it's way too high for such poor quality.
Quality concerns and difficulty with returns
I bought something from this company not long ago, and I've been having some problems with the stuff I got and the return process. The quality of the items seems a bit dodgy this time, which is a let down because I've had good experiences with this brand before. And when I tried to sort out a return through the chat on their website, the chat suddenly ended without sorting anything out. This lack of communication and help has left me feeling really annoyed and not happy.
Three items purchase
My experience ordering from this company was awful. I ordered three items, but one was sent separately and then sent back to the company. To make things worse, one item was missing from my order. When I tried to sort it out on their live chat, it was a disaster and I didn't get any help. They even removed their phone number which made it harder for me to get assistance. The t-shirts I received didn't match the pictures on the website, which made me even more disappointed. This whole experience has been a waste of my time and I am really unhappy with it.
Crochet purse review
I was really disappointed with the merchandise I got from this company. I ordered a crochet purse and when it arrived, I could see lots of loose threads and the strap was sewn on badly. There was also no lining which made the quality even worse. I like it when things are made well so I was really unhappy with what I received. Returning it was also a pain, especially because I live in a semi-rural area in Canada. Overall, my recent interactions with this brand have not been great and I'm starting to wonder if their products are worth it.
Men's backpack
I got this backpack last year for my holiday and was really looking forward to using it. But the zips on both side pockets broke after just one use! I didn't even pack them too full, they just completely gave way. Now, whenever I wear it, the straps won't stay put in the pocket and keep hitting my legs. It's really frustrating! And to add to that, the two pockets won't even stay closed, so I can't use them at all. All in all, I'm really let down by the quality of this backpack.

I recently bought something from the website and it didn't go well. I ordered an item that was meant to be in stock, but turns out it wasn't. I was pretty annoyed about this, felt let down. Then I tried to get help on the chat thing, but had to wait ages, way longer than they said I would. The chat even said the item was faulty, making things more confusing and frustrating. And I couldn't get through to customer service on Twitter without paying first, which was disappointing. They didn't even reply to my email. Reading other people's bad reviews, I can see why. I wouldn't recommend shopping here after my experience.
Recent AllSaints purchase
I must say, I was really disappointed with my experience with AllSaints. Right from the start when I placed my order, I could tell things weren't going to go smoothly. My order was all mixed up – wrong sizes, incorrect colours, and missing items in my package. It was a real headache. Then, trying to get in touch with customer service for help was just as frustrating. My emails seemed to vanish into thin air, with no response at all. The whole return process was a nightmare too, with delays and confusion over my refund. And when it came to the quality of the items themselves, they just didn't match up to their high price tags. The leather jacket started shedding and the jeans had poor stitching. All in all, AllSaints left me feeling more annoyed than anything else, so I won't be shopping with them again.
