if you’re tight for time, reconsider. Bring water, charge your phone and be prepared for poor communication. They fixed the money side, but the actual journey still left a lot to be desired.
A nice place, shaky execution
clear timings, a calm ride, and a guide who paces things. Instead the bus left late, the air-con was blasting so everyone was shivering, and the guide just talked and talked. Not in the charming, informative way, more like non-stop narration that didn’t give you a moment to take things in or chat with your partner. She was clearly enthusiastic and knew her facts, but the delivery felt relentless. They’d also shorted on headsets, which meant a few of us missed parts of the commentary while they drove off to fetch more — felt disorganised. Once at the castle it took ages to get into the grounds because people were still faffing with gear and commentary, so actual time to wander was shorter than I’d hoped. If I’m honest, for what we paid I’d maybe have made my own way next time — more comfortable, less hype, more time to relax with a coffee and just watch the changing of the guard without another monologue. Would I go again? I’d still recommend Windsor, just not necessarily this particular tour unless they sort out the logistics and tone it down a bit.
Not worth the hassle, though Stonehenge is decent
I wouldn’t book this one again — but Stonehenge itself was worth the trip. A mate had actually tipped me off about the tour (he said it was “easy”), so we went in with decent expectations. We turned up early, because the paperwork said meet in the Victoria Station Hotel lobby; we were 30 minutes early and sensible about it. Twenty minutes in, still no sign of anyone, so I rang the organiser and was told they “no longer meet there”. No apology, just a shrug. We ran to their new spot and showed the receipt — which clearly said Windsor Castle entry included — and they insisted that the castle wasn’t part of our tour unless we paid more. Long story short, we paid on the spot to get inside because waiting outside felt pointless. It took several days and numerous chats and emails to get that extra payment refunded. Eventually they returned the money, but not a single sorry for the mix-up. On the plus side, the Stonehenge stop is excellent up close; the guide there was fine and the stones are impressive. So yes, the core attraction delivers, but the organisation and customer service were patchy and forced extra hassle. If you’re set on seeing both Windsor and Stonehenge, double-check everything, take screenshots, and be ready to push for refunds if things go sideways.
Quick London tour
The tour guide, Robert, was really friendly and knowledgeable. The trip felt a bit rushed because we visited three places all in one day, but Robert made it really worthwhile. We got a good sense of what to do in London with some great tips. We definitely want to have Robert as our tour guide again!
Online Purchase
I recently booked a tour online and was really looking forward to it. But when I arrived, I was shocked to be turned away simply because I didn't have a printed ticket. The person in charge was incredibly rude and unhelpful, blaming me for not reading the terms and conditions beforehand. I mean, who even carries a printer around nowadays? It's 2021 - everything is digital! I found the whole experience absolutely shocking and a total waste of money.
Fantastic Windsor Castle, Bath and Stonehenge Tour
My trip to Windsor Castle, Bath, and Stonehenge was absolutely brilliant. The tour guide, Peter, knew so much and really made the whole day interesting. Even though we went to three places in one day, the tour was well-planned and we got to see all the best bits. Peter's stories while we were driving between places were really interesting and made the trip even better. The bus driver, Aaron, was great too and made sure we had a comfortable journey. I really liked Peter's suggestions on what to see at each place, it helped us make the most of our time. Overall, it was a fantastic tour and I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to visit these historic sites.
Tour experience
The tour was alright overall, Kevin the guide kept us entertained the whole time which was nice. But the let-down was when we got to the white cliffs of Dover. The brochure said we'd see the cliffs, Leeds Castle, and Canterbury Cathedral, but it didn't quite happen like that. We only stopped for 10 minutes to snap a quick photo of a tiny bit of the cliffs. It was misleading and we felt let down. Maybe if they had been clearer about what to expect, it would have been a better day out.
Tour with Robert and driver Matt
During the tour of Windsor, Stonehenge, and Oxford, my experience with Robert and Matt was absolutely fantastic. Robert's knowledge and insights really added to the trip and made it both educational and enjoyable. He was so patient, attentive, and kind the whole way through, really looking out for us and making sure we had a great time. I would definitely suggest booking a tour with this company and having Robert as your guide - you won't be disappointed!
Tour efficiency and excellent service
The tour I went on was really well-organised and efficient. Our guide, Robert, was super knowledgeable and shared lots of interesting information with us during the tour. And our driver, Msuma, was really patient and made sure we had a comfortable trip.
Harry Potter tour experience
I have to say, I was really disappointed with my experience on the Harry Potter tour. The tour didn't start on time and as a result, we ended up being late getting back to where we started. When I tried to talk to the bus driver about the delay, he was really rude and spoke to me in quite a harsh way. It just made the whole thing a lot less enjoyable than it was supposed to be.
Tour Oxford/Stonehenge/Windsor
I recently went on the Oxford/Stonehenge/Windsor Tour and I was really impressed with how knowledgeable and experienced our guide, Robert, was. He shared loads of interesting info about each place we visited, making the trip even better with all the historical and cultural insights.
The coach driver was also really lovely and went out of their way to help us get great photos of the beautiful views along the way, making sure we had an unforgettable experience.
Overall, I highly recommend this tour for anyone who wants to make the most of their time and see lots of different attractions all in one trip. It's a fantastic option!Three-location tour package (Windsor/Stonehenge/Oxford)
I recently went on a tour to three different places - Windsor, Stonehenge, and Oxford. It was a jam-packed itinerary, so we only got a brief look at each place instead of really delving deep. Overall, the tour was enjoyable and the bus we travelled in was comfy and tidy. Our driver Musama and our host Robert were really helpful and made sure we stayed on track. They told us some fascinating stories and facts along the journey.
Day tour to Warwick castle, Stratford upon Avon & Oxford
The day trip to Warwick Castle, Stratford-upon-Avon, and Oxford was really long at 11 hours, but it was absolutely worth it. Our guide, Robert, was brilliant at telling stories and kept us entertained all the way. David, our driver, was very professional and made sure we were safe and comfortable. The coach was clean, always on time, and really comfy, and the stops were well timed.
Stonehenge and Winsor Castle tour
The tour guide on my trip to Stonehenge and Windsor Castle was really knowledgeable and engaging. I loved hearing all about the history and importance of these famous places, and the guide's sense of humour added to the whole experience. You could tell the guide was passionate about what they do and wanted to make sure we had a great time. The tour itself was nicely planned, giving us enough time to see everything without being in a hurry. Day tour feedback
I went on a day tour recently and it was absolutely fantastic. The staff were on time and really friendly, which made me feel really welcome. Our guide, Robert, was amazing - he gave us so much interesting information and his storytelling was great. Even though English isn't my native language, I found him really easy to understand. Our driver, Barington, also did a great job in keeping us safe on the long journey. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone, it was brilliant.
Windsor, Stonehenge, & Bath Tour with Robert & Sam
Robert and Sam made a great team as we toured Windsor, Stonehenge, and Bath. Sam's driving was so smooth that we could even manage a little nap during our long 12-hour day, which was really nice. Robert's enthusiasm and knowledge of UK history made the whole experience really interesting and enjoyable. They were both really friendly and clearly wanted to make sure we all had a great time on the tour. I would definitely suggest this tour to others.
Solo travel to Windsor, Stonehenge and Oxford with entertaining guide and reliable driver
I had an amazing time traveling on my own with this really cool guide called Robert. He knew so much and told us some fascinating stories that made the whole trip super fun! He really looked after all of us and made sure we were safe while we checked out Windsor, Stonehenge and Oxford. Our driver, Janus, was great too - he gave us a smooth ride and added to the whole experience. It was such a fantastic and worthwhile trip, I would totally recommend it to anyone!
Day trip tour
The day trip was really interesting and informative. Our guide, Richard, was so knowledgeable and friendly, telling us all about the history of the places we went to. But it was a bit of a shame that the company didn't plan the times very well - we were the last ones at Windsor castle, so we didn't have as much time to look around as we'd have liked. And when we got to Stonehenge, English Heritage didn't seem very well organized - we only had 5 minutes there, which was a bit disappointing. I think the problems were more to do with Windsor castle and English Heritage than with the tour company itself. Even though it was good to see those famous places, we felt a bit rushed and confused during the visits, so we probably won't go back or suggest the tours to others.

Windsor/Stonehenge/Bath Tour with Simon and Bill
I recently went on a tour to Windsor, Stonehenge, and Bath with our guide, Simon, and driver, Bill. It was absolutely amazing, with so many breathtaking sights and great photo opportunities. If you like spending more time at each place, maybe think about booking individual tours or doing it over two days. But we were lucky enough to have the choice to stay longer in Bath and catch a train back, which was a really nice bonus.
