Hebridean Tour May 2023
My sister and I took a coach tour of the Hebrides from 15-20 May 2023 with Newmarket Holidays and we had a wonderful time. The views of the mountains, lochs, waterfalls and surrounding countryside were breathtaking.
Our tour guide, Frances, was very informative and chatty and we learned an awful lot about Scotland and its heritage in the week we were there. We visited so many sites from castles to gardens, lochs, brochs and standing stones. The places we visited far outweighed what we were expecting and we were thrilled that Frances had gone to so much trouble to organise such a busy itinerary.
Our driver, Christine, was wonderful. She was a very careful and skilled driver and made sure we never got wet! She was professional, patient, light-hearted and helpful and generally put us all in a good holiday mood every time we went out.
I can't thank Newmarket and Maynes Coaches enough for arranging our holiday and for Frances and Christine for putting two cherries on the top.Family trip to Kenya
My family and I recently booked a trip to Kenya and we struggled to complete the booking process. It was really difficult trying to get ahold of one customer service consultant but once I managed to, they provided me with really helpful service. We are very excited about our trip and I just hope I can reach them if need be during the trip.
Cruise on the French River
Took a cruise with my sibling from Southampton to Antwerp. It had great leisure facilities and fun activities for us to do together. There was also a wide spread of meal buffets that we all enjoyed. The only downside was paying the UK port taxes where it was collectible. Other than that, we could not have asked for a better experience than seeing the Seine River all the way from Rouen!
