Overall, I'm pleased — not flawless, but they sorted it quickly. I bought the Ancient Purity Bentonite Clay again because the first time went well, but this batch arrived with a "100% Natural" logo while the website image said "Organic" and that niggled me. I messaged them, or rather emailed, and they explained the manufacturer changed the packaging without warning. Not a drama, more of a whoops, and Nature's Fix kept me in the loop and took remedial action. Delivery was prompt as before, and the service felt efficient and friendly. My only gripe is the lack of coordination upstream — manufacturers, talk to sellers, please — but I'd buy again. Good service overall, with a tiny caveat.

That said, when I reached out to customer service they were calm, understanding and really practical about it. They explained what had gone wrong with dispatch, gave me a goodwill voucher and even mentioned a lifetime guarantee on the product, which I hadn’t expected and appreciated. That turned my irritation down a notch — I felt listened to rather than fobbed off. I do buy locally now more often, not because their stuff isn’t good, but because of cost and the hassle of meeting delivery thresholds on a tight budget. Practical reasons, not a knock on quality. Overall I like the brand, their range is decent and they seem to care about customers. If you’re looking for supplements for a specific condition, it’s worth a look — just be aware the delivery might not be lightning-fast and factor in the cost if you’re buying regularly.
