surprisingly light and comfy, the pureHand cap sat well after a quick tweak, and the colour was exactly what I hoped for. As someone who's worked in salons for years I did worry about it looking too “wiggy”, but it blends in and styles like proper hair. It’s not flawless — I had to adjust the backstrap a couple of times and it can feel a bit warm on long days — but those are small things compared with how much confidence it gave me back. Styling was easy, quicker than I expected; I put it on my block and tried waves then smooth and both looked natural. Customer support were patient and helpful when I asked about sizing and shades, which eased the nerves before ordering. Overall it’s a solid buy, good value if you’d rather skip monthly root touch-ups and constant trims. I’d recommend it to anyone undecided — it took the edge off my worries.
