Quick resolution of order mistake
I made a mistake with my order and got in touch with customer service straight away. I spoke to a really helpful lady called Samantha who sorted everything out quickly and efficiently. I just wish all customer service was this good. Big thanks to Samantha for all her help!
Blood test purchase
This company is brilliant at looking after their customers. When I did the blood test, I made a mistake by pressing too hard and damaging the cells. They were so friendly about it and sent me another test free of charge. I then made another error by sending the blood sample before the weekend, meaning it was stale when tested and the results couldn't be obtained. I asked for a refund and they gave it to me without any fuss. That's fantastic service, especially nowadays. Thanks, you're amazing!
Cancelled subscription

I bought this Mounjaro 5.0mg pen and it turned out to be faulty. After using it three times, the pen ended up getting stuck and I couldn't release the last dosage. I'm not happy with the recent update to the platform's result reporting system. It's not as thorough as it used to be.
