I bought this Mounjaro 5.0mg pen and it turned out to be faulty. After using it three times, the pen ended up getting stuck and I couldn't release the last dosage. So, I sent it back to the company, thinking I would get a refund or a replacement as stated in their policy. But Numan didn't agree to it and instead made up a bunch of excuses to avoid giving me a proper refund.
