Divan base and mattress
After reading all the negative reviews I was a little concerned how my order was going to go but I’ve got to say my dealings. Bedworld are positive the delivery was a one man with the van I had a call ten minutes before delivery so I was able to get my parents to help carry the bed as I’m paralysed the bed and mattress was wrapped very well and has no damage we couldn’t get the clips to hold the bases to stay in and the feet were not the correct so after emailing to let them know they agreed on a refund which I received straight away I would definitely order from them again
Very disappointed in the 2 beds just delivered. The faux leather hasn't been stitched in one part of the ottoman base. One of the mattresses in grubby and looks as if it has been used as it is flat at the end and bulges out at the end. Certainly wouldn't recommend them and would not use them again.
Double ottoman bed purchase
My visit to Bedworld was brilliant thanks to the lovely sales assistant, Anne. She was incredibly helpful in helping me find the ideal double ottoman bed. I was having a bit of trouble with the first bed I saw, but Anne recommended another one that she thought would be a better fit for me. And she was spot on - I found the second bed much more suitable. The bed we eventually bought was a gorgeous colour with a headboard that both my daughter and I adored. All in all, it was a successful shopping trip, thanks to Anne's helpful advice and knowledge.
Mattress and base purchase
I recently purchased a mattress and base from this store and I have to say it was absolutely brilliant. The quality is top-notch and the price was really reasonable. I live in Cork County and I was expecting to wait around 3 weeks for delivery, but they were right on time with the delivery date. The delivery man, Mo, was also really kind and went out of his way to assist me. He even helped me bring the bed into my bedroom. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in search of a great bed.
Quality mattress purchase
I bought a really good mattress from Bedworld recently and I'm really happy with it. The customer service was great - they let me know in advance when it would be delivered. On the day, I got a text with a one-hour delivery window, which was really handy. The delivery guy, Ace I think his name was, was really polite and professional. He put the mattress inside my front door and made sure I was happy with where he left it. Overall, I have no complaints about my experience with Bedworld.

Assembled Bedside Cabinets
This company is such a nightmare to deal with! I ordered two bedside cabinets that were supposed to be ready to go, but when they arrived, they were flat-pack instead. As a pensioner, I can't put furniture together on my own, so I contacted Customer Services to ask about returning them. Can you believe they wanted to charge me £79 per item to take them back? What a rip-off! After struggling for ages to build one of the cabinets, I found out it was messed up because of bad cutting. I couldn't even face trying to put together the second cabinet. This whole thing has been a disaster, and I really advise people to think twice before buying from this company. Honestly, it's beyond belief!

I have to say, the sales team were really helpful, but my experience with the products and delivery wasn't great. The mattress I got wasn't what I wanted, and even though they offered compensation, I had to spend extra to get the bed set up properly.
