Divan base and mattress
After reading all the negative reviews I was a little concerned how my order was going to go but I’ve got to say my dealings. Bedworld are positive the delivery was a one man with the van I had a call ten minutes before delivery so I was able to get my parents to help carry the bed as I’m paralysed the bed and mattress was wrapped very well and has no damage we couldn’t get the clips to hold the bases to stay in and the feet were not the correct so after emailing to let them know they agreed on a refund which I received straight away I would definitely order from them again
Very disappointed in the 2 beds just delivered. The faux leather hasn't been stitched in one part of the ottoman base. One of the mattresses in grubby and looks as if it has been used as it is flat at the end and bulges out at the end. Certainly wouldn't recommend them and would not use them again.
Royal Memory Foam Sprung Divan Bed
I was super nervous about ordering a bed off Bedworld following the bad reviews. The bed arrived within the timeframe (I asked for express delivery and it came on day 6). The gentleman who delivered it even carried the mattress upstairs (though he said he wasn't supposed to!) I was super impressed with the quality, the bed is a lovely colour. I ordered duck egg blue king sized divan bed. Cant complain. Used a promo code online and got the bed 20% off too, super happy.
OMG DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY..RECIEVED AN EMAIL STATING DELIVERY WOULD BE FRIDAY 3RD 7AM TO 7AM..NOTHING...OFFICES CLOSED (PROB CORONAVIRUS) BUT EMAILED X6 TIMES. I WANT TO CANCEL THE ORDER BUT AGAIN NOTHING.
I EVEN REMOVED THE OLD BED ON THE MORNING OF DELIVERY BECAUSE THEY HAD GIVEN ME THAT DATE FOR DELIVERY..WHAT MAKES ME REALLY ANGRY IS THAT I EXPLANED IN ONE OF MY MANY EMAILS IS THAT THE NEW BED WAS FOR MY MOTHER WHO HAS PARKINSONS AND DEMENTIA BUT STILL NOTHING THEY DONT BLOODY CARE.fraudsters do not trust- my friend a disabled person ordered a bed/mattress- a 1 man driver was sent with no notice 5 days after the agreed delivery date and cancellation of contract- the mattress was not factory sealed package damaged, dirty and dumped on a dirty footpath near bins despite covid-19 some 50 yards away from my friends front door- boxes were damaged, despite delivery was rejected. I purchased an expensive mattress but they sent me a copy cat inferior one, clearly unsealed and dirty .. .Then they ignored my emails and stole my cash!
Bed are cheaply made, from cheap products, not finished well. The measurements are not the same as advertised. The customer service is beyond poor, they do not answer the call. They may or may not reply to an email, but they are just fob of replies. They then do not respond again. They take your hard earned cash In replacement for very poor quality products. The bed I bought was for a spare room but would have preferred to pay more for a product that will need replacing.
I can’t even get Hold of them To arrange a return!
They need investigating under trades discrimination act!comfortable bed
i know its very important to have a bed as it also good for backbone too. i got an issue in my back and i wanted something which can help me. well , my brother recommended me this one and i recently got my bed. i think it was the best thing that my brother ever did for me :)

Orthopaedic mattress
I need an orthopaedic mattress for help with back problems ordered from bed-world sincerely wish I had not done so the mattress did not turn up on the promised date contacting them was proving impossible so opened a dispute with eBay then they contacted me promised to re deliver on a Thursday but could only do so after I closed my dispute not knowing I did so came Thursday no mattress so then I found I could not reopen my dispute and again it seems impossible to contact bed-world sent a dozen emails they then promised a refund in 5 days guess no refund and no reply they will not get away with this.
2x single beds with headboards
I purchased 2 single beds in December 2020. While the mattress and free standing headboard are adequate the base of the beds are seriously sub standard. Within 6 weeks one of the bases failed it had started to collapse with the drawer the only thing that gave it stability. The frame of the base started to lean badly to one side. The base was exchanged for a new one within another 6 weeks. But now the other single bed has exactly the same problem the bed is not a year old! I would not be recommending this company there over priced (paid in excess of £1000) for both beds. And there beds have serious problems in that there badly made.

2 faux leather ottoman divan base. 2 optimus 3000 pocket memory mattresses.
On one bed the faux leather has not been stitched on part of the base. Mattress is grubby and looks as if it is second hand. You cannot see the edge of the mattress as it bows out and is poorly finished. I wouldn't buy from them again. This was over a £1000.
kingsize bed, mattress, and headboard with chrome feet
negative, almost from the point of ordering and paying in full, things began to not seem quite right. chrome feet are classed as an extra, so even though they were included in the sale, they might not arrive with the delivery, and yet, even though they had some in the shop, I couldn't have any as they weren.t paid for. long story but i wont waste your time.
delivery arrived a week later, no chrome feet, wrong mattress, top half of the base without the bolt holes to mount the headboard on, and, the wrong mattress.
phone call, supposedly to resolve it, had to wait another week for another delivery.
2nd delivery, exact same wrong mattress brought again. and still no chrome feet. this time they took the wrong mattress back with them. we now had no mattress. despite making phone calls, they say no delivery could be made fpr another 4 days. 4 days without a mattress!!!
still waiting. promised an email that says £50 back for my wasted time.
still waiting. chrome feet eventually obtained by visiting the shop.
sadly they must waste so much money through extremely bad team work. I wonder how long they can go before they go bust.

Paid extra £60 for express delivery, which was good.
However, after one night the mattress began to sag in the middle. Got a replacement yesterday. After one night sleep the middle has sagged worse than the one they took back. What a waste of money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.£657 wasted
bought a bed online under the name AAAbeds soon found out thats its a cover name for bedworld ???? so failed delivery then 2weeks later deliver at 8.30pm at night no help get bed into the house then realised when I got my mums the day after that only hlf the bed was there the support part (main reason she bought) was missing so I tryed ring no answer emailed no answer tryed fb all I got was send a email ive got in touch with trading standeds as this company dont give a dam about who u are or ur needs just want ur money.....STAY CLEAR

Bed Mattress and Headboard

I ordered an ottoman storage bed, mattress and headboard from Bedworld.
When they delivered the headboard was missing with no explanation given. We soon discovered that the springs on the ottoman bed are so strong that it won't stay closed with the mattress on the bed.
We tried to phone Bedworld only to hear a recorded message advising that they were not taking phone calls and asking customers to email. This we have done numerous times during the past 2 Weeks but have received no response and no explanation.Joseph Aloe Vera 15000 memory form pillow top Double.
I ordered this and paid on-line . Last weekend. Not heard a word . No email nothing .i need a phone number please.
Ottoman bed frame + mattress
Bed & mattress delivered and straight away realised that the depth of the mattress was not correct and emailed them straightaway. I am still waiting to hear from them since the 8th May.

Ordered a double bed and the wooden bits at back of the headboard are to thick that the screws do not go through to attach so headboard cannot be put on the base...3 times i have phoned and 3 times they have sent out the exact same screws. Phoning tomorrow for a new headboard to be sent out or contacting trading standards and the judge in the papers
