BEST QUALITY IN DIVAN BEDS
i wanted to buy and replace my old bed, however we wanted to buy divan beds. DBC are really nice online option which allows an amazing range in beds.. we get our bed yesterday and the look is nice, more than average. also the storage is pretty cool.
however, i will advise you to look closely when you book the bedDivan Bed
Terrible service. Their delivery drivers blocked the road with their van despite there being ample parking. This meant people were getting out of their cars and approaching my house to complain.
I'd ordered a single divan bed with mattress which they scrapped along the walls and floors of my house leaving ... marks. They then couldn’t get it up the stairs (please note the previous company I ordered from took a single and then a double divan bed up the stairs with no issues). I asked them to take it away as it was useless to me if they couldn’t take it up stairs.
They're now proceeding to charge over a £100 for an "access issues". There was no access issue.Mattress
Really poor - gave me a delivery date that I confirmed I couldn''t be in for and then proceeded to deliver it on that date really poor and charged me £30

Bought complete bed....the headboard design was off centre and the mattress dinted after a week and collapsed at the sides.

Mattress done it again but i lived with it as no more cash.
Move on 10 months and i can no longer do it as my back has been bad.
Bought a new mattress and paid elsewhere and its great.
Now in discussions via email to get a refund...just for the mattress 😀

Service was great but the bed it self is crap, it doesn’t come with enough support,
So had to do a little wood work on it

Never again!! They have given the worst service I have ever got in my life. The delivery was fine. They delivered the bed frame then the mattress a few days later. The mattress quality wasn't good and it didnt fit the bed frame was too low in depth. I have been back and forth with these people through emails. They wanted pictures I send what they ask and they refuse to take back the mattress. They even go as far as to accuse me the customer of removing a layer. For 2 weeks straight they refuse to return the product. So I reported them to trading standards.

The ordering process on the website was fairly smooth, but that's the only positive I can think of for this joke of an outfit. When we ordered our bed the website said it would be up to 10 working days due to corona virus, which is understandable. Almost a month later a bed arrived. Somebody else's bed. Then began a game of trying to get in touch with someone who could sort it out. Calls, emails and their contact form went mostly unanswered. I'm not sure what the point of the little girl who answers the one phone number is. All she does is take your name and number and get extremely rude if you try to say more. The company should save money and replace her with an answering machine. It would actually be more effective. But anyway 6 weeks since ordering we still don't have our bed. Their utter incompetence at being able to book a courier to collect something from one place and take it to another astounds me. They still haven't got it right yet. We have had to delay opening up our holiday cottage for bookings during peak season because of this fiasco. Save yourself money and hassle and use another company.
