I got this tiny black dongle last week, honestly thought it was dodgy at first. Plugged it in and used it straight away on ps5 with my PS4 pad — first go in Hogwarts Legacy and then Helldivers 2, no lag, rumble works too. Proper pleasantly surprised, really.
Good controller, poor backup
buttons and stick feel nice, responsive and solid, so I was actually pleased. Then the connector area looked a bit warped and, annoyingly, when I pushed it into the Pro Controller slot it scraped some of the metal finish on my console. Took ages to get it out again even though I used the release properly; the fit was just too tight. I took photos and emailed support, even messaged someone called Oliver and tried Instagram and WhatsApp — nothing. It's been almost two weeks with no reply. So yes, the pad itself works well for gameplay and feels good in the hand, but the risky fit and zero response from the company make it hard to fully recommend. If yours arrives perfect, you'll probably enjoy it, but if anything goes wrong you might be on your own, which is really frustrating.
Odd little letdown
messaged on WhatsApp, nothing back for a week, then opened a ticket and only got an automated note about business hours. Two weeks on and still no human reply. I've had quicker responses from smaller shops before, so that's disappointing. Could be a one-off, but it left a sour taste.
