    Voucher struggle

    It was a nightmare to use the voucher I received as a gift! I had to deal with tons of codes and PINs, and it felt like it took forever to try and book anything. On top of that, the thing I really wanted to do wasn't an option! It was really annoying and now I don't even feel like giving it another go. Ugh!

    Booking of experience

    I had a bit of a nightmare with my booking getting cancelled not once, but twice. I decided to contact customer service through WhatsApp, but the service was really poor. Despite going back and forth for a month, I didn't get much help or a solution. However, when I spoke to the Virgin Experience customer service team on Facebook, Sne was a real star. They were super helpful and managed to fix everything in just a few hours. Sne really did go the extra mile to assist me. The WhatsApp team could definitely pick up some tips on customer service from Sne and improve customer satisfaction.

    Tank experience in Bicester

    The tank experience in Bicester was absolutely amazing for my husband and son. The instructor really knew his stuff and was so friendly, which made the day really informative and fun. My husband and son had a brilliant time, even though they struggled a bit changing gear on the Scorpion tank because they were wearing trainers instead of boots. They said they'd love to go back again, but did mention that the ride was quite rough and dusty. All in all, it was definitely the best day ever for them.

    I received this amazing gift voucher for a posh restaurant, but we had some health issues in the family and couldn't use it before it expired.     Experience at Shrigley Hall

    Shrigley Hall is absolutely beautiful and the food is top-notch. Just a little heads up though, if you've got a deal that comes with a two-course dinner, watch out for extra charges for fancy starters and steak. They can really start to add up without you realising. I ended up forking out an extra £41 for these little extras, which was a bit of a surprise and kind of a downer, to be honest.

    Gin Distillery tour

    The Gin Distillery tour was absolutely wonderful. The tour was really interesting and provided so much insight into how gin is made. The tastings were definitely the best part, and the atmosphere was so relaxed and fun. The goodie bag at the end was a lovely bonus and made the experience even better. Booking the tour with my Virgin Experiences voucher was really easy, and I thought it was definitely worth the money. Overall, I had a brilliant time on the tour and would definitely recommend it to anyone else.

    Birthday experiences purchase

    I've been a customer of experience day gifts for a few years now, and last year I bought three experiences as birthday presents for my husband. Sadly, he got sick and we couldn't use them before they expired. I contacted customer service by email to ask about extending the vouchers, and I've been talking to a guy called Xavier. I have to say, the service and flexibility from the team has been amazing. Xavier was really helpful, he extended our vouchers for less money and sent us a lovely email, showing understanding and making us feel valued. Their kindness really made a big difference to our whole experience, and I can't praise them enough.

    Discount frustration

    I was really looking forward to checking out the experiences on the website, all excited and stuff. But then I got a bit annoyed when I saw that the 10% off they promised wasn't there when I went to pay. It felt like they were tricking me and it made my whole shopping trip a bit sour. I spent ages going through all the stuff, just to end up paying the full price. Now I can't help feeling like I've been taken for a ride. It's a shame, 'cause the experiences are actually pretty good, but the sneaky marketing just ruins it for me.
