I was absolutely thrilled to finally receive approval for my car finance, especially after hearing all the nightmare tales from my mates about how long it took them to sort out their finance. But with this company, it was quick and easy! I've got to give a massive shoutout to this guy called Leon Mills - he's an absolute legend and sorted everything out for me in just a few hours. He even managed to secure me a better deal than another finance company, saving me £100 each month! I couldn't believe it. Leon was so positive and helpful throughout the whole process, and I felt like he genuinely wanted to get me the best deal possible. Thanks a million, Leon, you're awesome!

Car purchase with expert guidance
I just can't thank them enough for all the help they gave me when I was buying my car. They really took the time to look into the different companies and vehicles I was thinking about, which stopped me from making a big mistake. One company seemed to be offering a great deal, but they found out it wasn't actually a proper company and the trading name had gone bust a year before. And another one turned out to be the worst in the whole country! Because of their advice, I ended up getting a BMW X6 from a good dealer in Durham. I'd definitely suggest their services to anyone looking for help with financing a car.

I had a really great experience with the team at this company. Bradley Wilson and his team really went the extra mile to make sure I got the car I wanted at a great price. He kept me informed at every step. On collection day, Luke sorted out a problem and stayed late to make sure everything was sorted. Although the collection had to be cancelled, the team are now working hard to find a replacement. I really appreciate their dedication to customer satisfaction. Well done!

Easy and efficient car finance
I got a really easy and efficient car finance deal from this company. Everything went smoothly from the beginning to the end, didn't face any problems at all. James Stratford was always there to help whenever I needed to contact him. I kicked off the process on a Thursday and by the next Monday, I was driving my new car. The staff at the car dealership were also fantastic. In general, I am very happy with the service and my new car. A huge thank you to James!

I was really happy with the service I got from this company. Even though I'm self-employed and have bad credit, the whole thing went really smoothly and quickly, and I managed to get a new car in just a few days. Big thanks to my agent for helping me out along the way. All in all, it was a fantastic experience and I would definitely recommend them.
Financing a van
I was thinking about getting a loan to buy a van for my business, as it's doing well. However, the loan company wanted access to my personal account, which I wasn't too happy about. They weren't keen on the fact that I also work part-time as a taxi driver. They rejected the 22% APR and instead suggested a 45% APR, which struck me as a bit odd. It might not be entirely their fault, but it definitely doesn't seem very fair to me.

Van on finance
The experience I had buying a van on finance from this company was just awful, to be honest. Everything started off okay, but things took a turn for the worse when problems started popping up with the vehicle. When I saw an oil leak, I got in touch with the company and they told me I'd need to pay for a diagnostic to figure out the issue before they'd even think about sending it back to the garage. The garage wasn't helpful at all, didn't want to pay for repairs, and wouldn't even pick up the van - even though it was a long drive away. To make matters worse, more problems cropped up with the van, which meant I was left without a vehicle for work as I'd already sold my old one after buying this van. The company's response was really disappointing, they said they'd turn me down for another finance deal if I gave back the faulty van. It's so annoying to think that they'd be alright with financing a dodgy vehicle just to make some money, with no care for the customer's wellbeing. Overall, it was a truly terrible experience and I'd tell everyone to stay far away from them.

My time at this finance company was absolutely fantastic. The guy I dealt with, Mitch Saltmarsh, was really nice and helpful, as well as super quick at getting things done. Sorting out car finance can sometimes be a bit of a headache, but he made it all really easy. Everything went smoothly and without any hassle, and I was really impressed. I'd give the service top marks and definitely think it deserves a 5-star rating.
A car that turned out to be a money pit
I purchased a car that was supposed to be reliable, but it turned out to be a nightmare. Soon after buying it, various issues cropped up. When I took it back to the garage for repairs, they didn't do a proper job and just switched some parts around. Despite having evidence that the work was substandard, Quick Car Finance didn't seem bothered. This left me without a car for more than a week, which was really inconvenient. I wouldn't recommend using them again, as it seems they're only interested in money and not the quality of the cars they sell. It's unacceptable that a 3-month-old car started falling apart.
