Right from the start when I asked for help, every advisor I spoke to was so friendly and really helpful. They helped me through everything, making it easier for me to find the right car and get a great deal on it. What really impressed me was that they offered extra services, but they never tried to push me into getting them. Instead, they explained everything to me clearly so I could decide what was best for me. I want to give a shoutout to Christopher Weaver, my account manager, who went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and quickly. I'm so grateful for all his hard work and support throughout the whole process.

I wasn't in a hurry to get a weekend car, more of a treat than a must-have for me. I wasn't sure what type of car to go for, so I got in touch with a bloke named Gabriel Lolo for some guidance. Gabriel was spot on from start to finish. He got where I was coming from and didn't rush me into a decision. He kept checking in on me to see how I was getting on. When I finally picked out the car I wanted, Gabriel was top-notch - professional, on the ball, and sorted everything out for me. He kept me in the loop every step of the way and we had the deal done within a few hours. Overall, I can't recommend Gabriel enough for his brilliant service and help during the whole car buying process.

It only took 3 business days in total and I got my hands on the vehicle in less than a week. Overall, the process was quite straightforward. I opted for Car Care Protection which turned out to be very costly and not really worth it, so I decided to return it. When dealing with customer service about the return, they were generally okay but took a bit long to respond. All in all, I would recommend them, especially Jonathon as he's really great!

Despite the quick and impressive service initially, I encountered a breakdown in communication at the garage regarding the part exchange quote. This resulted in a stressful situation where I had to haggle with the garage to release my new car, ultimately leading to me shelling out an extra £992. This unexpected expense was disheartening and put a damper on my day, especially after travelling 2-5 hours to get there. While I cannot fault the company for their part, I am left pondering whether I should have agreed to pay the additional amount, given that it was already outlined in the agreement that everyone had signed.
