Getting my money out was an absolute nightmare. Support was a ghost town. Credit card payment for crypto
I recently used my credit card to purchase some crypto on this platform. The whole process went pretty smoothly, and my credit card worked like a charm. However, I have to say I was a bit disappointed with the platform's lack of clarity on pricing. Even though they had loads of information on tariffs for regulatory reasons, the customer service didn't really give me much guidance on whether trading on the exchange and then transferring to the platform is better, how to trade at the lowest cost, or what the usual spreads are for trading specific cryptos. As a customer, I was hoping for more transparency and clear information which was missing in my experience with this platform. It felt like they were more concerned with looking clever rather than actually being the best, simplest, and most cost-effective platform for their customers.
Cryptocurrency purchase
I had a really bad experience with the customer service at this place. I bought something and then had trouble getting my money back. I tried to get help from their support team, but it took ages for them to respond and when they did, they weren't very helpful. It was really annoying and left me feeling really unhappy with the service I received.
Shady company
This company is a complete scam! They froze all of my funds and then had the cheek to ask me to transfer verification funds. I can't access my deposited money without making yet another payment. Honestly, they're nothing but thieves!
Money stuck, bad service
Mate, I've been trying to withdraw my money from this crypto place but it's been a right nightmare. They use some company called Plaid as their partner to send me a code, but that didn't work out at all. And don't even get me started on their customer service - can't even track them down, it's like they've vanished. After all that faff, they promised to do a wire transfer to my bank, but it's been ages and I've still not seen a penny. Seriously, it's so annoying!
Credit card fraud issue
I had a bit of a nightmare dealing with a dodgy charge on my credit card recently, so I had to get in touch with customer service at this company. It wasn't smooth sailing, though. I ended up waiting over 2 months before hearing anything back from them. And when I tried to ring the number on the back of the card, it was a dead end. Supposedly, they sent me a new card, but it's been 3 months now and still no sign of it. They first said it'd take 2 weeks, but now they can't give me any solid date for when it'll show up. It's pretty frustrating, to be honest. The lack of transparency and communication makes me question their professionalism.
Money safe, quick withdrawal

High transaction fees
The platform charges really high fees for each transaction, which can seriously cut into your profits as a trader. On top of that, withdrawing money is a nightmare, with customers struggling to get SMS codes, making it hard for them to access their crypto funds.
Loophole in the system
I found a way to exploit a little mistake in the system and ended up getting a bonus from a promotion that wasn’t meant for me. It might be a bit sneaky, but hey, it’s every man for himself in the world of cryptocurrency, isn’t it?
Visa card transaction
I was really disappointed with this service I tried. I used my Visa card to buy something, but I didn't get any cashback like they said. And to top it off, the fees they took from my payment were really high, which shocked me. The fact that their customer service was also pretty poor just made the whole thing even more frustrating. I wouldn't advise anyone to use this service, to be honest.
