I love being a Platinum Plus member because it means I get to go to all these amazing sports events that I really enjoy. The mix of business, education, and entertainment at these events is just fantastic. And I have to say, Elena Constantinescu, my Account Manager, has been a huge help and I really appreciate all the perks and support she gives me.
Limited account issues
They make false promises and don't keep us in the loop about restricted account access. The customer service isn't very helpful or dependable.

Unreturned Funds for 2 Months
I'm really disappointed with the service I've received from this investment platform. Back in April, I transferred 1,000 Euros using a well-known money transfer service, but then I was told by the platform that they had sent back my money because of an issue with the account name. It's been two months now, and even though I've tried reaching out to their customer service several times, I still haven't got my money back. The fact that they don't communicate well and their chat service isn't available has left me feeling frustrated and questioning their professionalism. It's not right for a financial services company to keep hold of money like this and not offer any way of getting in touch for help.
