Needed something for a sore back after moving house, and I went in pretty sceptical — thought it might be another gimmick. I still am a bit wary about staff though; the Alpharetta shop manager came across curt and unhelpful, and I've heard her be sharp with staff. That put me off, but the product itself turned out brilliant, I kept using it and my back's better. So yeah, my doubts about the item faded even if I'm not keen on that manager. I'll buy again, just not from that shop.
Wrong weight, annoying
Got it today, but it’s not what I ordered. Paid for 14 g and received about 1 g — that’s the main problem. Shipping took a weird loop to another state even though I’m right next door, and I paid extra for faster postage. I use this stuff every morning for my routine, so missing most of it is a real hassle. Hoping customer service sorts it, but I’m really frustrated.
