Very happy customerPersonalized vitamins
I've been getting my personalized vitamins from this company for a good few years now, and I have to say, they've been doing a great job of keeping me feeling healthy and full of energy. Their customer service is really good – they always get back to me quickly whenever I have any questions. Their website is a breeze to use, which makes it easy for me to order more vitamins whenever I need them. My main worry though is that there aren't many reviews to help me know if the pack is still right for my body as I get older. It would be nice to have a check-up every year or so to be sure I'm still taking the right vitamins, but the cost of doing that regularly is a bit too high for my liking.
2 week subscription and vitamin D
I’ve had such a wonderful experience with VITL. With a little issue due to delivery - I assume with the current pandemic - their customer service has been outstanding. Melanie paused the subscription and immediately set out to fix the issue. Their communication is wonderful and the emails I received from both Melanie and Bella have been both positive and engaging. I cannot thank the company enough for really putting time and effort into their customers - it really goes a long way. The products are amazing and so uniquely tailored to each individual. If I could give them more starts I would!!
