    Health check and consultation

    I recently went for my second health check at the wellness centre and I must say, I was really happy with how it all went. Not only did the checkup find a health issue I didn't know about, but I also got to make use of the free 24/7 GP service they offer. I was quite surprised when I got a call from a doctor just a few hours after I asked for it. The doctor I spoke to really knew their stuff and took the time to hear all my worries, explaining everything clearly and giving me good advice on what to do next. The whole service at the wellness centre was really friendly, quick, and professional. The report they sent me by post in a little booklet was easy to read and taught me a lot. Since my own GP doesn't provide yearly health checks, I'll definitely be going back to the wellness centre again.

    I recently booked a health check-up package with Bluecrest Wellness and I have to say, I was really impressed with the service from beginning to end. The team were so friendly and welcoming when I arrived, which instantly made me feel comfortable. The health check-up itself was really thorough, and I felt like I gained more peace of mind in that 20-minute appointment than I have in the past 4 years of seeing my regular doctor. The professionalism and efficiency of the staff at Bluecrest Wellness really stood out to me, and I felt like my health was in good hands throughout the appointment. All in all, it was a fantastic experience and definitely worth the money.

    The health checks from this company are really handy for keeping an eye on your health as you get older. I liked how simple it was to book an appointment, and everything else was pretty easy too. But, I wasn't happy about the fact that they didn't keep me in the loop about my results. I never got an email letting me know they were ready to view online, so I had to get in touch with customer service quite a few weeks later. On top of that, they said they'd send me a physical copy of my results in the post within 21 days, but I didn't get them until I got in touch after 5 weeks had gone by.

    The company's first contact was really professional and thorough, which was great. However, I was a bit let down by the consultation location - a shabby back room in a nice hotel just didn't give off a professional vibe. Although the consultant was friendly, it could be off-putting for some to be in a cramped, dark room with someone they don't know. The appointment felt a bit hurried, but the results and how they were presented were top-notch. I was really impressed with getting initial results by email and then a comprehensive booklet a week later explaining everything in detail.

    Quick and efficient service

    I recently made an appointment at this wellness centre and I was really impressed with how quickly and efficiently they sorted everything out for me. The whole booking process was really easy, and they managed to find a time that worked well for me. The staff there were all really friendly and knew their stuff, they took the time to explain everything properly. I was pleased that I got my results back swiftly just like they said I would, which meant I could start figuring out what I needed to do to improve my wellness. All in all, I had a really good experience at that place.

    Health screening tests

    During my latest health screening, I was a bit let down to discover that they didn't do all the tests like they usually do. The ECG and BMI measurements, for example, were missed out even though they were supposed to be done. The whole screening felt like it was done in a hurry, and I was in and out of there in just 10 minutes. It was definitely not like my previous appointments since 2018, which were much more positive. Despite this blip, I have to say that my last four appointments were satisfactory. So, I would still recommend your services, but this time it wasn't up to scratch.

    I recently went for a health check at Bluecrest Wellness and I must say, it was a pretty good experience overall. The checkup was quick and the staff were really nice, which helped me relax. I thought it was great that I could talk to a doctor for a year as part of the package. However, I was a bit let down when the GP I chatted with couldn't help with an amber result and suggested I speak to a Bluecrest doctor instead. In my opinion, if a result is worrying enough to be amber or red, there should be follow-up automatically with a Bluecrest doctor for more advice and support.

    Medical check-up

    I was really nervous before my medical check-up, but it actually turned out to be alright! I arrived early and they called me in right on time. The lady who did my medical examination was really friendly and talked me through everything. She even offered me some extra tests that day, which was quite exciting. I received my results via email first and then by post. I still need to give the Doctor a call, so I can't comment on that yet. Overall, it was a good experience and I would definitely consider doing it again in the future.

    My recent health assessment went well. The people doing the assessment were really friendly and knew their stuff, which made me feel more at ease. I liked how professional and thorough they were. But I had to go back to the clinic for another blood test, which was a bit of a hassle. And I was a bit surprised that the results weren't in the assessment pack I got at first. Those little things took away from an otherwise good experience.

    The person who did the tests was so lovely and made it all very easy to understand, but the report they gave me at the end was totally baffling. As a result, I don't feel like I want to do anything to improve my health because it just didn't make any sense to me. I reckon it would've been good if they asked us for our thoughts before putting these reports together so they could have made them more user-friendly. It feels like my money was just thrown away on a report that felt like a computer had spat it out without any personal touch.

    I scheduled a health check, thinking it would be great, but it was a disaster! I paid a lot and their system failed, so I didn't even get an appointment. I wasted time off work for nothing, and they only offered a small discount for a new appointment, which doesn't make up for it. It's just a fancy blood test you could get from your GP, so don't bother wasting your time or money.

    I recently had my MOT check done and it was a great experience! The clinic was brilliant and they explained everything clearly. The results came exactly when they said they would, and the booklet they provided was really useful.     I recently went to this wellness centre for a test and I have to say, I was really impressed. Everything was done quickly, on schedule, and surprisingly it didn't hurt much, even though I'm scared of needles. I chose the core screening option and got my results in less than a week. What was really great is that not only did I get a detailed PDF of my results, but I could also access them easily through their website.

    My time at Bluecrest Wellness was a bit of a mixed bag. I found booking the appointment to be straightforward, the location was convenient, and the clinician I saw was friendly. However, I was a bit disappointed with the efficiency of the service. Despite being told I'd get my results link within 8 days, it actually took 10 days and a reminder for me to finally receive it. To add to that, the hard copy of the report was even later than expected, with the 3 weeks they said it would take turning into 6 weeks before I eventually got it after several reminders. If it weren't for these delays, my experience would have been much better.
