it feels like something in my head has settled a bit, focus is clearer and the constant restless buzzing is quieter. My nails have actually grown (slowly, but noticeably) and the hair on my scalp looks thicker than it has for years. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not a miracle overnight — there were a few days at the start when I wondered if it was doing anything, and I’ve had other products from the same clinic that helped a little but never this much on their own. The texture of daily life is just easier now: less fiddling, less apologising to myself about it. If you have the same problem, you’ll know how much that matters. Minor negatives — the tablet has a slightly odd aftertaste and I sometimes forget a dose; that matters if you’re expecting perfection. Overall it’s practical, effective for me, and feels honest rather than hyped. I’m glad I kept trying until I found this one.
I never got the stuff and they short-changed me
I’d avoid this company if you expect a straightforward refund. I needed the item for a bad back (honest, not dramatising) so it mattered to me — ended up with no goods and a smaller refund than what I paid. I chased them for weeks, sent confirmation emails, bank statements, even the carrier’s report saying the parcel arrived damaged and empty in Germany. Customer support (a rep called "Erika") insists I should cover customs/duties and an alleged FX change — which makes little sense for a 30-day interval on a $186 purchase. They also claim refunds take up to 15 bank days, yet after one nudge they instantly pushed a 0.03 GBP test transaction to my card (cute, but not helpful). So I’ve got proof on my side and still they’re holding back roughly $41. I’m not being tricky — I just want the money for items I never received. It’s annoying, a bit Kafkaesque, and yes I’ve thought about getting the police involved locally (in Irvine, CA) if it stays unresolved. Unexpectedly, the carrier’s empty-package report was clear and helpful — that surprised me in a good way — but the company’s take-it-or-leave-it attitude was not. Overall: disappointed, tired of back-and-forths, and still out of pocket.
A dodgy boost, but oddly helpful
slick packaging, pleasant chat at the counter, and me thinking "right, this'll perk me up." For the first few days I did notice a small uplift in mood and actually slept a bit better, which was a surprise. Then things got sketchy. After a couple of weeks I started feeling jittery and anxious at odd moments — not just nerves, proper trembly bits. I dug around online and kept bumping into warnings about serotonin spikes and even rarer conditions like eosinophilia-myalgia syndrome. That was unsettling; you don't expect to be googling medical horror stories at midnight. What annoyed me most was the aftercare (or lack of it). No follow-up call, no suggestion of baseline bloods, nothing. Felt a bit like they'd taken my money and sent me home to experiment on myself. On the plus side, the short-term sleep benefit was real — and I didn't expect that. If you're thinking of trying it, do yourself a favour: get proper blood tests first, read the small print, and don't assume help will come if things go sideways. I'm glad I stopped when I did. Would I recommend it? Only if you know what you're doing and have a doc keeping an eye on you — otherwise, tread carefully.
