Tried different options
I've given a few options a go and, like everyone, I was a bit unsure at first. I thought, here we go, another online vitamin company making big claims. But I've been taking both the Vital and Biotic for a bit over a month now, and I have to admit, I do feel better in a few ways and I'm liking the difference. Who knows if it's all in my head or if the products are actually working, but for me, I can see a change. The price isn't exactly cheap, but it's similar to others out there and with the subscription discount, it's better value than some. I also believe you get what you pay for, as with everything. The packaging for the Vital tablets isn't the most user-friendly. I reckon they'll be looking into that. My plan is to stick with it for the whole three months as instructed, and then I'll reassess.

I've tried loads of different probiotic supplements in the past, but the one I've been taking for the last 3 months is by far the best.
