firm foam, decent lumbar support, fabric a bit scratchy at first but it softens, and it settles into use after a day. I hadn’t really used it since early 2024 so it felt a bit new again, but it does what it should and helped my posture straight away, which I’m glad about. The annoying bit is they sent marketing mail I never agreed to and then asked me to unsubscribe — odd and not great on GDPR. So mixed feelings: product works, privacy handling needs work.
Chased a ghost, got a voucher
I was packing for a move, stressed and wanted a familiar Canapuff—site showed 10‑oh‑hhcp instead, felt like chasing a ghost vape. Customer chat actually sorted a refund and even chucked small voucher in, so I relaxed a bit.
