Ordered last week and honestly I was pleasantly surprised — checkout was dead easy and they charged a small shipping fee, which annoyed me a bit, but coupons wiped most of it. Now just waiting to see the actual quality.
Picked up in the rain
Picked it up from the doormat on a drizzly Tuesday, nothing fancy. I started using it two weeks ago for a niggling shoulder ache; first impression was cautious — a little goes a long way, which felt promising. Delivery was quick, well packaged and no leaks. Customer service replied quickly about dosage, polite and straight to the point. I was sceptical about smaller brands but it’s been reliable. The cream smells fresh and helps.
