I first spotted their ad on Instagram and, silly me, told my mate to give them a go — we both ordered. They promised tracking "within a few days" and delivery in 10–14 days. It's now day 21 and the tracking link is still a blank promise. Emails bounce back or simply get ignored; my voicemails feel like bottles thrown into the sea. I actually rang a few times and left messages — total radio silence, which is annoying. They could at least have apologised. Not convinced I'll shop there again, sadly.
Shambles with returns
Not recommending them — completely unreliable. Charged my card the same day I ordered, but two weeks went by with no parcel, and when I asked to cancel they sent a tracking number claiming it was on its way. When the parcel finally turned up it was the wrong item, which made me think they never had stock. I emailed for a returns address and got no reply, so I used an address from their website. Now the post office tracking says they've marked it 'return to sender' and it's coming back to me. I've reported them, and honestly I'm a bit fed up — had dodgy experiences before with other shops, but this was worse.
Decent service, with room to improve
quick order confirmation and a friendly person on the phone when I rang. They clearly try to communicate, email and phone are both available, which is handy, and that felt reassuring. That said, a couple of follow-up emails took ages or weren't answered, so don't assume perfect aftercare. Price felt fair. Not perfect, but solid; would use again if they tighten up replies and are a bit more consistent.
Took far too long
processing is slow and communication is minimal. It's a bit soul-destroying to wait that long for something labelled 'fast' — I could've walked there and back. Mildly disappointed and fed up; the chair may be fine but the timings make me hesitant to use them again unless they fix their logistics or at least update the delivery promises.
