I was faffing about making porridge when I remembered I'd ordered this and wondered if they'd ever send it. Had my doubts — no stock updates, just vague apologies for days. I cancelled, chased a refund, and after a nudge they sorted it. The thing itself is handy every morning. Service wobbly, product solid.
Bit of a shock, to be honest
I’d been using this CBD oil for a few weeks for my creaky back and to stop waking up at 3am. It felt nice — earthy taste, light on the stomach, and I did sleep better most nights. Then a month after buying I get an email saying the batch might be contaminated. I’d already used most of it. No proper explanation from the company despite calls and emails. Now I’m heading to a lab and will have to pay for tests myself. It works, generally, but the way they handled the recall knocked my trust.
Regrettable VIP signup
Made a cuppa and signed up for their VIP because I use their kit daily — I’d been a regular for years and spent a fair bit. I was nervous about the 'free' perks though; felt like a gimmick, but hoped it would be straightforward. Turned out some supposedly free items carried a small, unadvertised fee. I raised it with customer service, waited days for a reply and got a tone that felt dismissive rather than helpful. I filed a complaint and they briefly said they'd refund, then backtracked. I still like their products in day-to-day use, but I can't trust their billing or support after this.
Mid-checkout muddle, but sorted in the end
Halfway through checkout on a bank holiday weekend I hit a flurry of little errors — a “card not verified” message that refused both of my cards, and a feedback form that cheerily told me “alphabet only” when it literally wanted my email (yes, an @ sign). I was a bit annoyed, I’ll admit, because I’ve used them for a couple of years and they’d always been reliable. Tried Chrome, checked with my bank, did the usual faff. Left two voicemails and didn’t hear back straight away, so I was sceptical they’d sort it. Then, pleasantly, they replied to my email the next day, helped me reset my password properly and the purchase went through. Not perfect — that form bug and the delayed response were messy — but the team fixed things and were helpful once they engaged. Feels like they’ve ironed out the worst bits now, so I’m glad I stuck with them.
A little sceptical at first

I started using it straight away over the next few nights. Took it that evening and felt a calmness within a couple of hours — that's the moment I knew it worked. Customer service took a while to pick up the phone, and the accent was a tad hard to follow but they were polite and sorted my query. Delivery could've been clearer with tracking, yes. Overall I'm pretty chuffed — will buy again, just hope they keep standards up.
