Honestly, this has been a fairly annoying experience. For three days the phone lines were effectively dead and getting through earlier took nearly 40 minutes of going round in circles with their AI — same questions, no progress. My prescription has been ready to dispatch for about ten days but because P2U can't seem to link with the merged Lloyds Direct site, it sat there. The delivery itself ended up being OK — weirdly the courier turned up on time after I finally reached someone via chat, which I didn't expect. Customer service felt patchy and slow; compared to other firms I've dealt with it's below par. Wouldn't recommend unless you have no other choice.
Too much faff
Not worth the hassle, really. I tried ordering last week and my first impression was 'oh great, simple' — then it all fell apart. The link in their email opened a blank page. After a few attempts something appeared, but whenever I tried to add items the basket wouldn't take them and the add-to-order box popped back like nothing had happened. It took about ten tries before anything stuck. I rang up and the phone system was all automated, didn't recognise a single word and said there were 29 ahead so I hung up. Logging in on the website was a dead end too, just froze on the login page. In the end I managed to place the basket and also phoned in an order, so who knows what that will do to their system. Frustrating and a bit disappointing. I'm looking elsewhere.
Relief after a worrying start
I remember staring at my bank app on the commute. A friend had mentioned the site. I saw two entries and felt uneasy. It looked like a double charge. I messaged support. They explained it was a pre-authorisation that freezes funds until the parcel is posted, then the payment is taken and the pending item is released. I was sceptical and thought it might be a way to hold cash. I checked, checked again. The moment I knew I was satisfied was when the parcel showed as posted and my bank released the pending item within a few days. Only one charge remained. Support sent a short confirmation. Not thrilled about the initial confusion, but relieved it resolved without extra cost.
Nearly lost my prescription
I needed this medication for a long-term problem that keeps my weight and energy steady — so running out wasn’t just annoying, it actually had real effects on me. I placed the order well ahead of time because I’ve been caught out before with delays. At first it seemed fine, then a few days later the app showed the order had been cancelled. No reason, no note, nothing. I phoned and messaged, followed their steps, and after not hearing back it was suddenly reinstated the next day. That gave me a bit of hope, but it didn’t arrive. Time ticked on and I started losing weight and getting anxious (not what you want when you’re trying to stay well). I couldn’t wait, so I bought a replacement from an independent seller — at considerable cost, nearly £100 — and that, oddly enough, arrived in under 24 hours with constant tracking updates. That was a surprise and a relief; I didn’t expect such a quick turnaround from anyone else, and for a moment I felt properly taken care of. Meanwhile Pharmacy2U had been sent multiple emails — six separate messages in total — and I got nothing useful back. One short apology after I sent a detailed account of the impact felt like a brush-off. So the moment I knew I was satisfied was when the other supplier turned up and I could stop worrying — weirdly a positive twist in a poor overall experience. I’m left feeling frustrated with Pharmacy2U’s communication and lack of explanation, but grateful that I eventually had my meds and could get back on track.

Awful service I moved over from Lloyds and I’ve had nothing but trouble with this company if there not getting my prescription wrong , I get nothing what so ever . AWFUL Service.
Home test kit
I bought a home test kit online not long ago from a pharmacy. When I did the test, I made a mistake and messed it up. I got in touch with their customer service for advice on how to proceed, and I have to say, I was really disappointed by their response. The person I spoke to said they couldn't help me with my mistake and that I was the one at fault. I get that they're not responsible for customer errors, but I was hoping for some kind of help or guidance. I even sent them photos of the test results, but they didn't budge. It left me feeling really frustrated and like I wasn't being supported as a customer.
