Best online pharmacy
Great online pharmacy, don't need to go.
just with prescription, one can order the medicines to their doorways.

Terrible! Avoid….
TERRIBLE! My first order was executed correctly and efficiently. Two weeks later, I placed another order with them - with the exact names of items required (but was prepared to accept generic substitutes, if necessary) Upon receipt of an email from them confirming my order, I discovered that the dosage of one item to be INCORRECT. I rang them up; the telephone responder was frustratingly inefficient. He repeatedly mispronounced my name, and was worryingly, and consistently unable to read the medication names and dosage advised with accuracy. It even took him three times to read out my telephone number back to me accurately…!!
Another 'colleague' then came on the line - there appeared to be no "supervisor" available. She was rude, dismissive, and flatly refused to admit that the problem lay with them – no accountability whatsoever. I cancelled my account with them immediately and have now resorted back to the nominated pharmacy with my GP practice. I then spoke to my GP surgery as I needed a new prescription issued because of the aborted attempt with Pharmacy2U; they also confirmed that they have encountered numerous complaints regarding Pharmacy2U, causing them at the surgery, numerous unnecessary and time-consuming problems ....
AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!! :-((Private prescription
I do not recommend using the services of this pharmacy. They "lost" my private prescription though I sent it with acknowledgment of receipt, they do not feel responsible. they just send a meaningless apology.
Thyroid medication, private script
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This pharmacy does not take the health of customers seriously. Customer service is appalling. P2U signed for receipt of my prescription then told me 3 WEEKS later in writing they weren’t going to dispense my medication. When I queried it they said they never received the prescription so could not return it to me. This is obviously all lies. I’m left without medication, with no prescription to go elsewhere and desperately trying to get a dr appointment before the bank holiday weekend to start the process again (with a different pharmacy). I’m going to get very unwell from not having my meds and this will take weeks if not months for me to fully recover. To say P2U have let me down is an understatement.
Prescription
One of items was not in stock so instead of sending out the other 10 items they withhold the lot leaving me without any medication at all. I even offered to go to Leeds to collect my prescription but they don't allow this. Clearly they are only interested in the money they can make not in any way patients care. Very por care for items that are so vital, I will never use again as there is clearly no flexibility in the system the don't understand they are not shipping out tins of beans these items are life saving, and they don't care.
Not fit for the purpose

I ordered my prescription as the normal procedure to do so and as stated by this firm on the 19th March 2019 and when I ran out of medication, and in considerable pain, I contacted them on the 25th March 2019 to see what had happened to it.
I had it verified by my GP and my local pharmacy that the prescription had been issued on the 19/3/19 so it was the fault of Pharmacy2U for not getting it out to me before I ran out of medication.
After several emails to the firm I eventually got my medication on the TWENTY NINTH of MARCH 2019, ELEVEN DAYS AFTER IT HAD BEEN ISSUED BY MY GP, I had then went for 6 days in pain and unable to get a further repeat until it was discovered where my original prescription was.
Having used the firms chat line I was initially put in a queue with only 2 people ahead of me but it still took 40 minutes before somebody replied, this person was totally incompetent and could not advise or help in any way.
Pharmacy2U have since apologised and said the aforementioned person is under going further training but that is not good enough when she is dealing with people who could be in life threatening situations awaiting their medication.
I ordered a further prescription in the old way from my GP on the 27/3/19 and it was ready to collect on the 29/3/19 only 36 hours after ordering so despite my having difficulty in walking, which was the reason for going to Pharmacy2U in the first place 2 month ago, I am back to where I started but at least my prescriptions are there for collection at my local pharmacy when I need them.
I have seen a lot of positive reviews for this firm and I am sceptical about where they came from and if they are genuine I can only assume that the reviewers have never had a problem to date because when things do go wrong they are pathetic in dealing with it.
