the actual treatments feel professional and work quite well, staff are generally friendly when you get them, but the reliability could be better. If you need lasting reduction and want someone who knows their stuff, it’s worth trying, just be prepared to chase up bookings sometimes. Felt relieved and happier with my skin, overall pleased but hoping they tighten up the admin side a bit.
