I've been really impressed with the wellness programme offered by this company. They provide fantastic support for people over 55 who want to stay mentally, physically, and emotionally fit. There's a wide range of activities to choose from every day, with new ideas in nutrition, psychology, and fitness introduced regularly. What makes this programme special is the personal support given to participants, with queries being answered quickly and thoroughly. Even though it's an online service, the company has managed to create a real sense of community. And the option to watch recordings of missed classes means you can still keep up with the programme even if you can't make a live session. Overall, I would definitely recommend this wellness programme to anyone wanting to improve their well-being and stay active.

The Weight Wise Program has really helped me a lot in my efforts to get healthier and shed some pounds. Goldster is where I always turn to for fantastic classes, especially in these times of lockdown. The Lighter Brighter You programme has really made a difference for me, all thanks to the amazing team of Claudia Le Feuve, Kath, and Tim, along with their guest speakers. The advice and encouragement they give are so valuable, and I can already feel a positive difference in my overall health. I'm looking forward to sticking with this programme and would definitely suggest it to anyone wanting to make positive changes in their life. Huge thanks to Goldster for providing such a brilliant programme!
Keep fit, yoga, tai chi classes
I signed up for classes at Goldster after I had a bad fall, and I'm already noticing a positive change in how I feel! They have added new classes specifically designed for people with mobility issues, and they took into account my limitations and recommended suitable modifications. I love that each class has different ability levels, so I can improve at my own speed. The tutors are all extremely kind and knowledgeable. In addition to the fitness classes, I also attend painting and poetry classes, which are really enjoyable. Be sure to take a look at their website for more exciting surprises!
Class review
The classes were alright, but I didn't feel like they really pushed me. Virginia and Jess are decent teachers, and I did appreciate the range of classes available. However, I reckon I won't be signing up again next year as I didn't find the classes challenging enough for me.
Yoga instructor review
Virginia is such an amazing yoga teacher, she has really helped me improve my practice over the last three years. I've definitely seen a big difference in how flexible I am and how good I feel since I started taking her classes. She explains each pose really well, so everyone can understand and get better, no matter what level they're at.
Yoga, Pilates, and meditation classes
I really love Goldster! Getting the daily class emails is definitely the best part of my day. Whether I fancy doing some yoga, Pilates, or meditation, there's always a class that matches my mood. I also find the sessions on medication, finances, and nutrition really fascinating and useful. Goldster has honestly had a great effect on my life - I feel happier and healthier since becoming a member. The website is really easy to use, and I particularly enjoy the on-demand feature that lets me access classes whenever I feel like it.
Yoga practice with amazing teacher
I've been doing yoga with Virginia for about three years now, and she's honestly the best teacher I've ever had. She's just amazing! Virginia has a great way of explaining things without being pushy, and she always offers different choices for poses. What's more, she's so calm and relaxed in her approach, which I find really comforting. She even gives us a bit of quiet time during class to fully immerse ourselves in the yoga experience. I really can't speak highly enough of her!
Yoga classes
This yoga teacher is absolutely fantastic! She's been teaching for 3 years and really knows her stuff. I've been going to her classes for a while now and my body feels amazing. I even received a compliment on my yoga skills while on holiday! It's surprising how good a 66-year-old can be at yoga. Virginia explains all the poses in a really clear way and offers alternatives if you're struggling. I always come out of her classes feeling super relaxed, and my body feels both energised and strong.
Health lecture enlightenment
David's talk at Goldster really made me see the sneaky tricks and lies that go on in the food industry. It was such a moving and eye-opening moment that completely shifted how I view the stuff I eat. What he said really hit me hard and I appreciate the info and awareness he shared. If it wasn't for Goldster, I might have carried on harming my health without even knowing it. David's words need to reach more people because they could genuinely help save lives and make folks healthier overall.
Recent changes disappointment
I've been a customer of Goldster for a long time and I've always thought the service was great. But the recent changes they've made to the platform have left me feeling a bit let down. The trainers that I really liked have all been replaced, so the classes I used to love are no longer there. The few good trainers left are now taking on more classes that I'm not really into, so I'm not going as often. Even though the prices are fair, I'm thinking about cancelling my membership because of this disappointment.
Flow class with music
I went to this place for a flow class with music and it was so good! The instructor, Virginia, was really nice and made sure we knew what to do. I love the flow class on Fridays, it's the best. The music and movements together make it such a fun and uplifting time.
Doris's Boogie class
I went to Doris's Boogie class at Goldster recently and absolutely loved it! The music was amazing, with a mix of Disco, Soul, Beatles, Abba, and more that really got everyone moving and singing along. It was a fantastic way to have some fun, get a good workout, and just let go. I felt like a kid again during that hour. I highly suggest trying it out if you want a lively and energising exercise session.
Yoga classes
I go to yoga classes a lot, and I have to say, the instructor at this place is really good. Virginia knows her stuff and puts in the effort to make every session great. Her classes have done wonders for my body and mind. She pays close attention to getting the moves right, which has really helped me improve. I always leave feeling refreshed and motivated. I can't praise her enough - thanks, Virginia!
Membership review
I've been a member for a few years now and when I first joined, I thought it was really great. They had loads of different classes that were interesting and tied in nicely with the idea of looking after yourself as a whole. But lately, things have changed a bit. The classes have become simpler and don't give me the same push and inspiration they used to. The fitness and nutrition stuff is still decent, but the other bits and bobs are a bit dull and not very exciting. They've started focusing on things like self-reflection and doing things like origami, which just isn't for me. Because of this, I've started looking at other options and found something that works better for me. I was happy to pay more for the top-notch service I was getting before, but now I can't really see the point in it. I wouldn't recommend this platform to my mates anymore, and I reckon others should have a look around for something else too.

I've been doing yoga with Virginia on Goldster for three years, and it's been absolutely amazing. Her classes flow nicely and the stretching always makes me feel refreshed. It's great to see a company that puts in the effort to understand their customers and adapt their services for them. The community spirit they create is also impressive. You feel like you belong to something larger when you shop with them.
Art classes
I was really happy with all the different art classes on offer at Goldster, especially during the second lockdown. There used to be lots of options every week, with different styles and subjects to paint, held by three different tutors. But now, they've gone and cut it down to just two classes a week, and only one tutor. I'm not as happy with this new setup and I'm feeling let down by the change.
