Halfway through the first week I found myself there in the kitchen, staring at a tray of parts wondering if I'd made the right call — that sort of moment where relief and mild buyer's remorse sit side by side. I needed this because recovery after my small stroke left me with lingering fatigue and a knack for sore shoulders; I'd tried a few things before with little help, so I was willing to risk a punt on something different. Delivery and the whole ordering experience muddied the waters at first. I mixed up my address on the order, which didn't help, and I admit I sent Frank a rather snippy email when tracking was unclear. He replied properly, but that exchange left a sour taste; it was civil, just blunt, and I probably didn't help by being impatient.
