well, this will be quick. Ha. If you like a bit of accidental free theatre before any treatment, this place delivers. It started off with a simple click on their ad — 50% off, sounded promising — but there was no clear price list on the site. So I sent a WhatsApp to ask. That’s where the sitcom began: the messages bounced between dates and days like they'd been written by a confused calendar app. Thursday the tenth, no, Friday the ninth, no — eventually someone corrected it to the day I could actually make. Slightly annoying, but fair enough, mistakes happen.
Then came the pre-appointment messages asking what areas I wanted lasered so they could give me a quote. I said "full body", straightforward enough. On the day, after taking the day off and spending a bit on fuel (sigh), I was told they don't do full body for men. That’s the bit that stung — because that should have been clear on the website or at least in the chat when I asked about prices. Instead I’d gone through two days of mixed-up times and then travelled for essentially a non-event.
To be fair, the reception staff were polite and apologetic — not rude or shouty, just a bit embarrassed — and the manager explained that the WhatsApp team aren’t always on site. I saw the phone on the desk though, so I had my doubts about that, but it wasn’t worth a big argument. I left feeling annoyed about the wasted time and fuel, and I do wish they’d be more transparent about what they offer and who they offer it to. A quick note on the website would have avoided the whole thing.
On the brighter side, the team did try to be helpful in person, and they owned the mistake rather than shrugging me off, which I appreciated. I’m relieved they weren’t aggressive about it — sometimes you meet worse. My advice to anyone thinking of going: message them very specifically about what they offer for men before booking, and maybe double-check the appointment day and time. A little more clarity from them would make this a much better experience.A mixed but mostly hopeful visit
Halfway through my week I kept thinking about the clinic — weird, I know — because my first visit had been genuinely reassuring. Ana did my initial laser appointment and she was calm, explained things properly and took her time marking my face. So I went in for session two feeling relaxed. That’s why it stung a bit when this follow-up felt rushed and a little careless. Not disastrous, and actually there were positives, but a couple of things deserve mentioning.

Got zapped without a heads-up
Sat down thinking it would be routine, but the therapist bumped up the laser strength mid-session without saying a word — so it got much hotter and painful. I told them it hurt and was hoping for a pause or a bit of care, but they seemed rushed and dismissive, which left me uneasy. The equipment looked decent but the place felt impersonal; not the safest vibe. If you're going, ask for clear warning and a patch test. I wouldn't book with that practitioner again.
Short and patchy
Not great — I left feeling half done. I needed this appointment before a holiday because my skin's sensitive and I can't risk a messy job. Paulina usually sorts my underarms and bikini well, but last week someone else did two tiny clicks under each arm, a couple on the bikini and that was it. I complained, they shrugged. Weirdly, the wax didn't irritate me.
