Halfway through my fourth message to customer service I was about to write them off, but then the courier turned up. I ordered in the evening, the website kept cancelling and that was annoying, so I chased them. First impressions were grim. The moment I knew I was satisfied was when the box was exactly as described and they’d flagged it as expedited — plus an apology email. Bit messy, but it worked in the end.
Label relief
