it made a real difference for my gut and my energy. I was really sceptical at first, after months of SIBO issues post-COVID and trying loads from my functional doctor, but she actually recommended this when I told her I couldn’t cope with that special L‑reuteri yoghurt. I began tiny — quarter tablet, then half, then a whole one — because my stomach was so sensitive. Over a few weeks my bowel movements settled, I don’t need nearly as much vitamin C or magnesium to get things moving, and that anxious edge eased. Energy is creeping back towards my old self. I can’t prove it’s nuking the SIBO, but it definitely seems to be helping patch up my gut lining and it added something the other supplements hadn’t given me. I first heard about it from my doc and I’ve already told a mate with similar problems. Pretty chuffed with how it’s gone, honestly.
Parcel drama but not the seller
On a damp commute day I nervously clicked buy because I’d read horror stories about customs and split parcels. I was sceptical — would the seller be helpful if something went wrong? The order came in two drops; one parcel sailed through and I’ve been using the stuff every morning in my little routine, the other got stuck in customs and caused a faff. The vendor kept in touch, offered a refund for the missing part and didn’t bury their head in the sand once it turned out to be customs. Still a bit annoyed by the delay, but mostly relieved.
