I was proper wary before I handed over anything — kept pushed to add more because 'market trends' this, and I almost walked away. Asked for my deposit back and was ignored, which felt rubbish. Then I stumbled on SPECTRUM-CREST and they chased it down, got everything back plus the gains. Not flawless — a bit slow at times and a faff with paperwork — but they sorted it. If you're in the same mess, give them a go, keep receipts.
