reckon it's worth trying, though not perfect. I bought it a month ago to help with stress and during my mountain-bike climbs and at first I was a bit sceptical, looked a bit gadgety, but it actually nudges me back to breathing properly and that calms things down. First rides felt odd, then it became quietly helpful. Only niggle is the app feels clunky sometimes, but overall pleased.
Late but glowing
the extra piece arrived within a couple of weeks and the thing itself feels lovely — light, solid enough not to feel cheap, the clasp is snug and the finish has a gentle matte sheen that sits nicely against skin. Wearing it day-to-day has been easy, it doesn’t snag on clothes and the pendant catches light in a subtle way. Communication could've been clearer from the start, and I’d advise others to check stock first, but the follow-through redeemed the situation. All in all I’m pleased; not perfect, but worth it. Glad I stuck with it, honestly.
