I started the trial while I was poorly and didn’t get much chance to use it properly. First impression of the app/site was neutral, nothing flashy but usable. Then a month later my bank flagged a £99 payment. I’d missed their so-called reminder — the subject line was odd and easy to overlook among daily mum-life emails. I’ve had clear trial reminders from other services, so this felt…off.
I emailed them a few times asking for help. One polite reply, then radio silence. No option obvious at sign-up to choose monthly instead of annual, which would’ve mattered. I couldn’t argue my case successfully, even with proof I hadn’t used the trial properly due to illness. It’s frustrating and a bit heartbreaking — not a dramatic story, just annoying and avoidable. I thought maybe this would be another programme that made me feel guilty for not keeping up. Turns out I was wrong. The exercises are simple, yes, but that’s the point — just enough resistance and progression to make steady gains without flaring things up. It nudged me into rebuilding strength rather than throwing me into stuff I couldn’t do.
