clear answers, proper guidance and no waffle. Ordering was easy enough though I did faff about asking too many questions. Delivery turned up quicker than I thought, well packaged and tracked, which reassured me. The only gripe is the price, a bit steep compared with other brands, so I nudged them about supplier costs. Slightly sceptical at first, now I'm pleasantly surprised and more relaxed about using the stuff. Would recommend, but check the wallet first.
