the site saved my details and sneaked a recurring order in, despite me explicitly choosing one-off. Gave customer service a terse email and, to my surprise, they replied within a day and cancelled it and removed my details. Delivery itself turned out fine — arrived on time and fits into my daily routine for work lunches. Still, the website behaviour left me wary, but CS redeemed them a bit.
Strange mix of being charged then ghosted
I ordered some vitamins on 22 April and paid £51.90 straight away — I was a bit unsure before buying, thought maybe the brand was fine but wondered about delivery times and returns. Those worries weren't eased. Money left my account same day, but the parcel never turned up and two emails got no reply. Oddly, yesterday I got a message asking if I'm 'still with you' and offering more products, as if nothing happened. No refund, no explanation. I probably won't order again soon, unless they fix things. It works fine if they ever sort it, but for now I'd be cautious.

Customer service is friendly and quick (they replied within a day when I asked about dosage, which was handy). The human supplements have made a noticeable difference — more energy, fewer sluggish mornings — not magic, but real. When they released the pet range we ditched our old tub of things and switched everything over. The digestive paste is brilliant for our dogs after a sniff-and-eat session in the woods (we live right by a wood, so it happens a lot). It's probiotic-based and calms them down within hours, which saves a lot of stress. Minor gripes: sometimes packaging could be sturdier and one delivery was a bit late, but overall it works, feels honest and we're sticking with it — prices are really fair too.
