I started putting some of my games up for sale a few weeks ago and at first they felt fine to list — cases had the usual little scuffs, discs and cartridges looked clean and played without issues when I checked them. Within a week the same buyer bought two separate items and then opened returns on both. One was said to be damaged despite the fault being clearly pictured in the listing, the other was reported defective even though I’d bought it new and I was the only owner. Messaged them a couple of times, got no reply. Waiting to receive the items back. Annoying, but the stuff itself seemed alright.
New controllers, happy surprise
We'd needed replacements after our old pad stopped working and after a botched order elsewhere, so I wasn't going in with high hopes. Weirdly, the controllers arrived as proper new ones — I’d assumed they'd be used and that would have been fine — packed neatly, no dings. Price felt fair, and I liked that they take money orders and cheques; that made paying easy for us. Only gripe was the website felt a bit clunky during checkout and emails were sparse, but delivery itself was prompt and everything arrived intact. My husband’s pleased, I'm relieved, and I’ll probably buy from them again.
